UnEven Pec Definition? Plz Help!

HANSEL

New member
OK, My Left Pec and Nipple has perfect definition and looks great most of the time.
When staring into a Mirror, my Right Pec is clearly a bit larger and the lower half is not as defined. Nipple position also confirms this, the left sits perfectly at my Pec definition line and the Right Nip has more skin/fat/muscle below it and looks up higher.

Will some basic Flat bench pressing even this out? Anything else recomended>? Ive been trying awhile and am pretty close to being nicely symetrical but just need some help finishing this process.

I was only able to sleep on my right side for years which I really feel is the true cause of some of this unevenness. I used to eat poorly then sleep 8 hrs a night only on my right side, for most of my life actually. My right Pec has always been a bit bigger and less defined but as I am cutting thses days I am noticing the physical differences more and more.

Thanks Guys,
Your the Best!

Don't look at nipple position.

Sleeping on side will not cause this.

Do you workout...if not then start. If you do then make sure you use dumbells instead of barbells.

What are your stats(height weight and body fat) and goals?

I would say that's almost 100% genetic. Ask yourself this though - if you weren't looking specifically for that one pec problem, would you notice it at all?

Other than that, dumbbells dumbbells dumbbells. Assuming you work out.

My goal is to have a lean athletes body, be thin but muscular while staying fast, defined, and agile. My BF is around 10% and Im 5ft 10 130lbs. Idealy I want Tons of Cuts and a decent amount of muscle, I dont want to bulk or BB.

I do workout, my set is like this: Unfortunately I cannot stop my self from training daily.

This is an excerpt from my 1st Post here on EF!

Im a 5ft 10" 128lb 23M with a goal of staying lean, retaining the muscle I have but not bulking, and keeping up a chisled chest and abs at all times.
I am down from 165lbs a few years back and have pretty much conquered my battle with breasts and puffies that sucked!

Now I think I may be overtraing and over dieting but the results and gains have been so great that I can stop.

Please critique my routine and Diet, any thoughts would be Much appreciated.

THE 7 DAY a week ROUTINE

5A Wake up
-30 Pushups
-12 foregrip pullups
-12 undergrip pullups
-40 pushups on pushup stands
-20 leglifts/20 crossovers/10 reverse crunches
-3 X 20 standing dumbell curls into 10 over MilPress+a few shrugs
-3 X 100 crunches, 25% twisting motion
-4 50 yd Balls Out sprints down the street and back
-1 Minute of speed rope
-2 Min shower
-Quick scramble of Pullups and crunches
-Met-Rx MRP w/ Ice n Water
Done by with everything by 6 A

Thanks again you Guys have been sooooo helpful,
Take Care,
T. J.

When you think of BB you think of big freaky juiceheads....but thats not what Bodybuilding is.

Bodybuilding is just what it says...building your body.

It seems you want to put some muscle on and lose fat.(what a coincidence, who doesn't)

If you want to cut you will have to eat a caloric deficit.

If you are 10% bodyfat and want to get to 6% you will have to lose about 6 pound of fat.

128 x .9 = 115.2 LBM

115.2 x 1.06 = 122.1

This is assuming you are 10% and you don't lose any muscle.

Not sure though..do you want more muscle or not.

If you want to put on some muscle you need to eat a caloric surplus...and your "workout" routine won't cut it.

Just start training hard and heavy and everything should balance out. We all have funky genetics. For example, my right bicep is long, but my left bicep is relatively short. Don't be too critical, just train hard and see what happens.

130 lbs at 5"10? Dude, forget about your pecs, I'm surprised you can even see them at that weight. You are close to being anorexic. Food should be your primary concern. Whatever you are eating right now, DOUBLE IT.

Thanks for the Help Guys, I meant no offense and see what you mean Strong Island. I for some reason looked at bodybuilders as like NFL linemen or something but I see what you mean, I would say I am a bodybuilder now even though I want to gain no more mass. My real goal is to maintain , maybe put on 5lbs more lean mass but thats about it, Im pretty satisfied, just want to stay cut and build my legs I guess.

Dude, I have Pecs, They used to be Manbreasts. Now the Pecs are pretty lean and tight its just the puffy nipples that freak me out sometimes.

Hansel,
Sounds to me like you have a slight gynomastica(bitch tit)
A lot of guys get them through puberty.
I for instance looked in the mirror one day when I was around 17 and was like.. uh oh.. my one nipple is sitting higher up and has a bit of tissue underneath it... freaked me out when i found it.
Turns out I have very minor gyno on my other nipple as well... but not enough to worry about. I had surgery to get my original one done... After the surgery your nipple is definitely less purky... but you don't have the pointy, puffy nipple anymore.
I know one other guy who got this done after puberty as well so its pretty common...
Two of my other friends have small gyno's on both nipples and have just left it..
Lots of people have them... barely anybody will notice it... if you really hate it go get it removed...
From what you have explained I REALLY think this is your problem.
Thanks
Ryan

So uh, do you have any other muscles besides pecs? Arms, back, legs? 5'10 130 at 10%bf is skinny. I know I know, you don't want to lose your abs. But, you know, eating more doesn't necessarily mean getting fat. If you eat properly (read up on a lot of diets around here) you will gain muscle with little fat gain. Maybe you should shoot to get to 145 then evaluate your progress from there, but with solid muscle, not the fat you had before.

I guarantee when you see yourself bigger, you'll want to continue from there. Everyone wants to be big, and its much nicer when you look big, even with a loose shirt on.
