Twice a day cardio

Seeing what you guys think. I have read a lot about doing cardio twice a day and have seen a lot of mixed reviews. What would be your opinion of twice a day low intensity cardio for efficient fat loss. I have my diet in check and seeing if I have it in me to get into competetion condition. Would I be wasting my time or is it effective?

when ihad the time to do it for 4 months + a weight workout 5 days a week i was in the best condition I have ever been. and I only used clen t3, anavar and winstrol

this year , with tren and test i still havent achieved that condition (but obviously more roundness and size overall)
 
Right on man... I am about to take N2burn, need2slin, gear, and rs-transaderm for 8 weeks. I wanna start with the light stuff. Would def like to try some test out at some point. Ive been natty working out steady for about 4 years now. Maybe in a year or two get some good stuff and get huge.

I think it would be way to much cardio for most people.
 
Is it necessary to take supplements when you are doing weights and cardio. I am doing p90x and wanted to know If there is anything you guys could recommend. I am getting pretty good results without taking anything right now.

Supplements are necessary when you are not getting enough of what you need, nutritionally. Hence, why they are called supplements.

I believe that cardio twice a day is too much unless you are interested in shrinking muscle. Obviously most aren't interested in that.

Most effective route for low intensity cardio is in the morning after a 10 hour fast.
 
Doing cardio twice a day is up to the person and what they are trying to accomplish. When I used to compete on bodybuilding, I had to do cardio twice a day to burn the last bit of fat. 20-30 min on treadmill first thing in the morning on a empty stomach and 20-30 after workouts in the afternoon.
