The use of marathon runners as an example is only because they are one group of people who carb load. I'm not sure if it is relevant that my example was based on "disgusting marathon runners body".
the carb load is done specifically for bodybuilders. no bbers want that look. if they do they are marathon runners. not being a prick here, i mean it with no malice to you. i think a runners body is their goal and that is cool but they look gross and i would expect them to say bbers look gross cause its not their thing. this diet by dave (who if you are unaware is extremely intelligent and knows the science behind this material, not the notions) is designed to cause a cascade of effects by eating in this manner. spreading it over many meals is against the ckd science for the most part. body opus recommended a 48 hour carb load but dave's is not. it serves a different purpose.
runners carb load for a different reason (my point) to have a specific purpose. bber's do it for very different reasons. i understand the theory of carb loading over the day, i carb cycle daily/year round so i understand what you meant.
knowing why he recommends that is the thing. you can do a google for the whole thing. its good if you like ckd and do alot of drugs.
