I've never posted in the diet sector of EF before. Looked around a bit and didn't find too much on protein powders, so here's a thread. My question to all the BBs is what is your favorite powder and why?
I've been through Methoxy, NytroWhey, Muscle Milk, Cyto-Gainer, and God knows what else--still can't seem to find one I'm happy with. Currently considering Cyto-Gainer for mid-day before workout, and ON's Pro-Complex before bed. Also, is the stuff from Protein Factory any good? My concern is that most of these fart-inducing powders we chug down PW don't offer nearly the protein or aminos the labels claim. Protein powders are the ONLY supps I take besides vitamins, so it's important to me that I find one that works worth a damn.
My goals? Wanting to get more muscle without going above the 10% BF I'm stuck at. I'm 6'0", 226lbs, 10% BF, diet has room for improvement. Advice appreciated on the right protein powder for me. Thanks!
