I actually went up in weight this week. I love it!!!!! Exodus has been a great deal of help and thanks to everyone here giving me the encouragement to try harder! :spin: I should have ME squat day listed after tonight.

good work. Solid routine with some varied rep ranges. I hope that you continue to post and we all can benefit from seeing your steady progress.

Great job on the pr's

Heck of a job young lady. Heck of a job. I can't wait to see the progress in July. You will be here too...right?
This time you will be wearing workout clothese though...right?

I want you to think about something. You are a very small person and your weights are increasing rapidly. Before you know it you will be benchin 115-135 fairly easily...maybe for reps. Are your rotators ready for that?

When you start squatting 225 for reps...will your back be ready?

Think about it. Start training those rotators, lower back (rev hypers), and those abs to be stronger. It will pay off in the long (or short) run.

Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. Yes I will be there for the training day with my workout clothes. Exodus did get me a tire to flip so I should be starting that real soon. I believe it is around 250-300 so I am excited about trying that :) As for my rotator cuffs...I understand what you are saying... We actually went to the gym tonight and exodus showed me the proper way to do those exercises. I could really feel it deep down....I'm sure it will help. The last thing I want to do is damage something.
I hope to see some serious growth with westside...physically and mentally. I know it will take me some time to see the growth that I want since I am so small to begin with but after seeing spatts I have a goal to work toward. I was really impressed by her.

Lord_Suston and leatherface...thanks for taking the time to ck out my workout. I will definately keep you posted!!! I'm excited to see how much progress I make in the next few months.

Spatts- did you ever get to the point with westside that you stalled out with your weight progress and it still seemed like you should be doing more? If so how did you overcome that?

Nope. It's been over a year and I'm still hitting a PR of some kind every week. The max is autorgulated so it's impossible to "be scheuled to do more than you can handle that day." I'm not making the weekly 25-30 pound jumps I did in the beginning, but progress is progress.

My feeling on WSB has always been, "How do I get so much progress out of doing so little?" I felt lazy at times.
