allright been out the gym for 6 months and im a huge vagina...nobody to workout with...all these fat fucks here just drink and eat like shit all day...

WHATS SOME RESPECTABLE LIFTS FOR TRIS?

im 220 right now at 5 10 and feel majorly behind,,,got the size but my strength is just shit,,,

and yes i know cl gp bp is alot better exercise but my shoulder injuries dont allow me to do them ...


working sets
skull crushers 135 these 4 reps
kickbacks 75 these 4 reps
push downs i do low weight 110 high reps

giving my size what should my lifts be on average?
i have nobody to compare to because everyone i know is smaller and not in same range as i am

those are respectable numbers for your size
 
thanks man...just feel like a puss lately...think its the tren got me down..lol that or my terrible bench weight
 
your bench may be bad but remember some people are pushers and some are pullers. so relative to other exercises bench may be weak but that's your body style. It will be good by some standards but not by others.
 
I wouldnt worry about how much you lift when it comes to tri's bro. I dont train tri's that heavy. More volume and super strict control and form. Namely cause of a right elbow tri tendon(wher it connects to the elbow) issue. thankfully after weeks of accupuncture, deep tissue, large cissus doses and deca its WAYYY better. I still wouldnt do a skull crusher if you paid me.
Sucks you cant do CG BP though. How bout dips or seated dips?

To the point of your post, your lifts are respectable with your size. No worries there. Whenever you get down about it...just walk up to one of the fat losers doing press downs with way too much weight and twisting and contorting to get the weight moved and say "i'll give ya $1000 if you can do 10 of those with perfect form and control at reasonable speed". Hate those assholes.
 
ive been out of gym since jan

i tore my pec and delt in january since then i havnt went over 225, my working sets then were 300...i havnt maxed out in years because i tore rotator 2 years ago going heavy 300+ , before the juice i was 130 lb rail..so my genetics are crap

if i go any heavier i get shoulder pain, if i go any more volume i get shoulder pain



my best lift is prob deads i can get 500 depending if im on tren of not...no tren -20 lol my back i really never really lose strength in for some reason

squats im working my way back up right now, my backs a bit funny and doesnt like heavy weight..typically end up on the floor during my rest waiting for the pump to leave lol

at 345 and i add 10 lbs each week, by end of cycle i assume ill be back to 400 or so


anyways as you guys see im a huge fucking mess

over last 3 years i
ripped
rotator
delt
pec
lower back
strained hip
knees pop like waters in them
popped wrist (wrist gave out holding a 120lb dbell)

think thats about it...lol seruously i need some gh more tren var and masteron and ill be back to my old self
 
been off 6 months clean besides 400test ew and no gym...it healed about all it ever will...so now im working with what i can
 
Did you tear a tie in, tear the muscles themselves, or tear muscle/tendon away from bone(bone avulsion)?

Do you think HGH would help your situation? Especially if you ran a higher dose for a while? If I remember right you used to include HGH at a pretty respectable dose in your cycles right? I know HGH = $$$ , but I was just wondering if you were to use it if your injury is something that it would help. Or maybe spot injected IGF-1?

i didnt have insurance so i didnt know the extent only wehat the er told me etc....


i been running gh for last i dont know how long honestly..long time...last 6 months 3iu 5 on 2 off to conserve but im down to my last 30iu then im out
