Tren/winny Log

eat a nice meal before bed bro.. do not go to bed on an empty stomach or you will be in deep shit.

scrambled eggs, brown rice, with a nice glass of apple juice is a great meal 30 minutes before bed. yeah i dont recommend eating that late but that tren is sucking out every piece of nutrient out of your body and if you don't put it back in you are gonna be in trouble

Yea that was my immediate thought when I woke up. I'm going to have to more than 'tweak' my diet for this to work. Still trying to cut but I don't want to feel like death all the time. Besides if I eat clean enough ill still cut.
 
ya you can always up your cardio in order to eat more.
just try to get up to 1.5 hours a day, go 45 min in the AM and 45 post workout. Stairmaster preferably.

that will take any fat off like it was running from the Popo. and you will be deathly hungry too!

i would say just try to get those complex carbs before bed like steve said. i would be hesitant with the apple juice because it is all fructose, so i would get brown rice
and if you wake up with the sweats or something, then go for the apple juice.

what are you carbs at now?
 
well you probably are getting a lot of burned calories at work tho
do some ab holds at work. just be flexing them for 5 mins off, 5 mins on.....i like this a lot, feels like it helps at least.
 
Why can't there be a female friendly compound like tren, one that sucks everything out of you but doesn't turn us into the hulk? Ugh. Always jealous when I read tren logs :(
 
^have you looked into Stenbolone Acetate, MHN....
i mean i have heard that winny and var do that pretty well in females. primo as well.
not sure if EQ can be used by females tho.....

if he can get away with the brown rice strategy then that is a good route. what freaked me out on my last tren run was the two times i woke up shivering and in a sweat and I couldn't move. then my hands felt like they were getting picked at. i was going into a low glucose shock, i managed to get out of bed and run to my glucose tabs and take 3 along with apple juice and jumped into the shower. when i got out i felt better like nothing happened.

also i have no idea why but it seemed like if i ate non complex carbs my glucose actually dropped. it was only when i ate complex carbs like sweet potato/brown rice did it work in my favor. almost like dirty carbs like pizza the tren chooses not to partition into the muscles, only the complex carbs.. really really weird that this compound actually is smart lol.. tren really is the king of AAS. although its not for everyone and for every situation. its nice to be off of it and actually be able to go for a 10 mile bicycle ride without obsessing about carrying around tabs like a diabetic
 
Man I've had a slight headache all day! Not sure if I'm getting sick of Judy not eating enough carbs (and I've ate like a mad man today)

Hey P, take tren but just go low dose 25/day or 50eod. I'm only doing 50eod right now actually, running it like this for two weeks then going up to 50/day if I feel it's necessary

EQ is fine for women, as is primo...primo is my 2nd fav inject next to masteron

Never tried MHN. Winny and var do cut me up but I gain muscle retardedly easily.
