Good workout, im dieting for my show and im definitley noticing cuts and seperation coming in. especially in these two muscle groups, sorry its just exciting to me. but strength is up, so thats good. well here's what happened.
Shoulders:
Hang Clean & Press
125x5x3 sets.
side cross body cable laterals
30x10x3 sets.
standing db side laterals
25's x15x2 sets.
Traps:
DB upright row
70's x5x3 sets.
DB shrugs to side
105's x 10x3 sets.
DB Shrug/Rows (this wont make sense, so ask if you want me to clarify what these are)
60's 15x2 sets.
on the sets where i do 15 reps i always try to pause for 2 sec's at peak contraction. if i cant do all 15, i will pause for as many as i can and then just rep out the rest. i usually can get all 15 the first set and then about 10-12 on the second set.
drank a protein shake, ate a pound of ground turkey, watched A Walk To RememBer (my wife wanted to see it) felt really sad and girley and went to bed.
