baby steps i guess... i felt pretty good though most of it til i did the seated curls... as soon as i sat down, my left arm started going numb again :(

Lol thanks. I've lost 15 lbs since I started the new diet. Everyone keeps saying I look ripped but I just feel small. I'll get there eventually. Thanks for the kind words.

Hun,we all have this mentality that we're not big enough, if everyone is saying you look ripped then you probably are, keep on truckin i'm rooting for ya!
 
I went in for legs again today.... felt good, but tired... i've been working nonstop lately...
