I was really scared to lift anything so I hit the leg press which I thought would b a safe bet... No issues...

Then hit the kneeling iso ham curl.. Since this one leaves my back unprotected, I did 5x10x25.
Then finished with 5x10x140 on the standing calf raise.
I know it's not much, I'm just excited I accomplished something in the gym at this point. And I didn't even hurt myself!
