Training Progress Log

Ok so I finally made it to the gym after being off since I hurt myself Thursday lol. Still in a lot of pain, but I can walk so life is good ;)

Did a light chest workout... Nothing impressive... 145 on flat bench, 180 (total) on iso hs press, 150ish on pec deck...

But I am happy to report I did 4 underhand pull ups and 3 overhand lol I'd still rather do flex arm hang for a couple min :D

I was going nuts hearing about all the pull ups lol! Man if I ever hurt myself so bad I can't go to the gym anymore, I am living vicariously through the rest of you!!

And btw, do I get a handicap since I have like three ft of legs to pull up?!?!? Lol

Nothing impressive!!!??? Utter baloney! ;) awesome without snipes!! Very well done as usual. Plus I'm super jealous you can do some pull ups girl! Today is my pull exercises so I'll be seeing what and if I'm doing to be doing with pull ups. I'll definitely be doing them but now I have so many ideas!! So hard to choose from!!

Again awesome job!! Btw..I don't think you need any handicap!! You'd throw my butt under the bus any day...so with me..no handicap!! Lol

Jen we will have you pulling up before you know it chic. One thing I will mention make sure you super warn up prior to them I twice pulled a trap and that pain kicks ass and puts a stop to training!!
 
I'm impressed. I just started doing some work with the bar for benching. I am scared to go over 95lbs!!!
*I completely tore my pec off the bone earlier this year.
I still can't do wide grip body weight pull ups either. I'm slowly working my way to it.
My goal is to be able to do both well again. Goals are everything if you are working towards them!

Ur so funny Jen! It would be so cool if we could all meet up for a couple intense workouts lol!

Aww thanks! My biggest goals are to get my squats to 200lbs and blow my hunny's mind when he comes home in June... I figure one should follow the other ;)

And um ya ouch that sounds painful!
 
Still no gym.. Have lost 10 lbs already :( I know part of it is due to the clean eating, but I feel like my muscles are shriveling up... I think it may be time to see a dr? Or at least a massage therapist? I don't know how to fix it and it is really frustrating me!

Snipes been following your log an i am impressed, your dedication shows, sorry about the injuries, i had a knee that bothered me for over a yr i got lucky and found this product stopain.com it really works i no longer have to deal with any pain,i really suggest you trying it (get the spray). Good luck to you and keep up the good work!

Thanks! I actually made it to the gym tonight. I've been at the leg press since I got here... Only thing I'm not too scared to do... I will try that stuff cuz I'm really miserable at this point.. Nice to have you in here :D
