Ok so I finally made it to the gym after being off since I hurt myself Thursday lol. Still in a lot of pain, but I can walk so life is good
Did a light chest workout... Nothing impressive... 145 on flat bench, 180 (total) on iso hs press, 150ish on pec deck...
But I am happy to report I did 4 underhand pull ups and 3 overhand lol I'd still rather do flex arm hang for a couple min
I was going nuts hearing about all the pull ups lol! Man if I ever hurt myself so bad I can't go to the gym anymore, I am living vicariously through the rest of you!!
And btw, do I get a handicap since I have like three ft of legs to pull up?!?!? Lol

Nothing impressive!!!??? Utter baloney! awesome without snipes!! Very well done as usual. Plus I'm super jealous you can do some pull ups girl! Today is my pull exercises so I'll be seeing what and if I'm doing to be doing with pull ups. I'll definitely be doing them but now I have so many ideas!! So hard to choose from!!
Again awesome job!! Btw..I don't think you need any handicap!! You'd throw my butt under the bus any day...so with me..no handicap!! Lol
