Ok so I did shoulders tonight.. With my wrist wraps in place...
Got up 150 on standing behind the neck ohp for 3 (personal best)... I just have to figure a way to get past that awkward movement from the rack to my starting position. I actually had to use two boys at the gym to help me... I asked... What do you guys do to make it less awkward?... Their response... As they diverted their eyes.... Um I've never done that much weight before lol... O well....
Got up 125 for 5 on upright rows
Did a set of 15 military press with just the bar to get a pump then finished with 35s for 5 on lat raises...

Wow snipers amazing numbers chic yeah I know what you mean bout that awkward lift behind your head I always feel like its going to hurt me ,
Them upright rows I stArted to loose my grip bout the 3rd set I'm going to hit them again today with a vengeance lol. Anyway great numbers well done!!
