Ok here goes... I am getting ready to start my third week of weight training. Prior to that, I did high rep sets with little or no weight just to say I did it
Anyhow, tonight was Bi night... I'll just record the last set of each exercise. I always do my last set to failure...
Bb curls - 75lbs for 6 reps
Cross body db hammer curls - 30lbs for 10 reps
Cable reverse curls - 60lbs for 10 reps
Cable preacher curls - 50lbs for 8 reps
I'm not sure that I have any specific goals at this point... Other than to continue to progress...
Would love to hear any other ladies' routines!!
