ok bros i have always had some issues on when to train delts how to split them and if at all?? my workout schedule has always revolved around my work but that will be changing in 1 week and i'll be free to do as i choose. now to the point---> i've always split like this.... chest/back/legs/rest/delts/bis and tris/rest or like this- chest.tris/back.bis/legs/rest /shoulders/rest. or even....chest front delts/back rear delts/legs/rest/bis tris/.......my issue is that my front delts need alot of work but they get hammered when i do chest( yes i've done pre-exhaust) (and yes i use proper form) i usually do 2 very light sets of flat bench barbell to get my blood going but thats it cause flat bench barbell hurts my shoulders. i don't really like to do more than 1 major part on the same day unless its chest and tris that i like but i figure why not do front delts since they are getting beat up anyway???and go right from chest to militaries and front raises?? but then you get some serious side delt action too.....then you might as well do those and then your in the gym for to goddamn long
my rear delts are huge(proportionally speaking) so they aren't even an issue. this coming two weeks i will start doing shoulders on their own day, far enough away from back and chest so as that any action they saw on those days will be healed. will be starting cycle too so i hope to bring them out alot this time. i will post some before pics of my fat weak ass this coming week for you bros to slam on if i can get someone to post them for me (or i mat just go platinum) then post them again in like 12 or 13 weeks.
