I drink no less than 3 litres of water !

I have lost 17lb in 9 weeks and just over two inches of my waist on this diet with one cheat meal on weekends.

This week I have done 45min cardio in the mornings 3 days but lift weights 5 nights, just to shock my body a little. For the whole of the 9 weeks before this I was doing weights in the morning with 20min cardio at the end with just one 45min session cardio weekend.

Also you can increase fiber by using flax seeds (which contain lecithin) in your protein drinks instead of powder lecithin
 
in case you weren't joking... It's a fish that has been split from head to tail... so the other side we are NOT seeing is the insides halved.
