Too Big Need Help

Hey guys I'm trying to get into the military. I have to get my bodyfat down to 23% minimum. Right now i'm at 330 with 30%. First, is there anyway to figure how much fat you must lose in order to drop 7% in bodyfat? Second, even when i get down to the requirements i am just too big overall. I don't want to stop lifting weights. What should i do? does high reps really help with stuff like this? light weight and high reps - will it maintain, cause muscle loss, growth what? thanks for your help
 
eat 2500-3000 caloires per day....

45 mins of cardio 4-5x per week

resistence training 3-4x per week

no real trick to it...just stay with it
 
2500 cals is going to starve him if he weighs 330... 12x bodyweight in calories with low carbs in your macro breakdown and cardio daily will get you there. Throw in some trex and lrex or the new AF stores non-stim product if you are serious.
