Hey guys I'm trying to get into the military. I have to get my bodyfat down to 23% minimum. Right now i'm at 330 with 30%. First, is there anyway to figure how much fat you must lose in order to drop 7% in bodyfat? Second, even when i get down to the requirements i am just too big overall. I don't want to stop lifting weights. What should i do? does high reps really help with stuff like this? light weight and high reps - will it maintain, cause muscle loss, growth what? thanks for your help
