Ok everyone, you are all doing pretty damed impressive in your workouts.
For the betting I need all of you to PM me you Sat or Sun workout or even Fri if you dont do Sat Sun.
I need to have this not later then Sun afternoon cuz I have to get them all in to Steve.
Looking forward to seeing how you all do on this. I do know there are a ton of really good numbers being put up by all of you.
Remember this workout needs to be pretty much the same as the ones that you PMed in to me already.
You all are a gr8 bunch of peeeps and I hope the best for each of you in every part of your lives.
