I regularly go to a 45 minute HIIT bootcamp in the morning at 8am for 6 days a week. They incorporate weights, body weight and cardio doing 45 seconds of exercise with 45 seconds of rest. They usually have 9 stations and we do it 3 times in 45 minutes. I love the workout as it keeps me lean.
My question is now I started a cycle and I know I need to lift heavy as well but what would the perfect time to lift heavy be while keeping my hiit bootcamp classes at 8am.
Should I lift heavy before the class at 630am or in the evenings at like 7pm.
I am being specific with times because they work with my work schedule.
I would lift heavy about 4 times a week splitting body parts.
Ideas?
