Time for something new...

Alright, I kept with DC for another few weeks, gains in curls and military presses began to stall, and I figure it'll be good to switch things up. As of now, I'm training Saturday/Sunday and Tuesday/Wednesday. Saturday and Tuesday are the same, as goes for Sunday and Wednesday. It's pretty much the same as what I was doing for DC, but with 3 sets all of 8 reps, no negatives or anything like that. Each much group is hit 2x a week.

Day 1
Inclined Bench 3x8
Military Presses 3x8
Closegrip Bench 3x8
Chins 3xF
Bentover Row 3x8
CoC Grippers 1x8/hand

Day 2
Curls 3x8
Wrist Curls 3xF
Heel Raises 3x12
Leg Curls 3x10
Squats 3x8
Weighted Crunches 3x8*

* - Not sure if I want to even do these.

Pretty simple. Hoping for size is all. Strength I'm fine with right now. Arms lack compared to the rest of me, and I would like them to get bigger. As for my chest, can all you guys do me a favor?

If you can get pictures it would be even better, but if not...

Look in the mirror sideways and look at your chest, shirt both on and off. Does the nipple aim somewhat downwards, or is it like... straight out. What I'm concerned about is whether or not the chest, when unflexed/cold, is supposed to look like that. I know I don't have gyno, 'cuz they're not bitch tits at all. When I flex, they're rock solid, except some slight softness under the nipple.

I don't think this is gyno, as least, because it's very little, and I'm assuming it's excess fat, because if you notice, the fat usually ends up on the lower-portion of muscles. Triceps, lower abs, lower back... so I'm assuming either the chest looks like this normally, or I have some excess fat is all.

Again, pictures of you guys standing sideways would help me to see better.

Your routine looks good, though I'd be thinking about some lower back work. Maybe add some form of deadlift or good morning instead of leg curls?

As for the possible gyno, you're the right age for it. I had it and it went away with time, although its still noticable to a very small extent (to me, anyway). Nothing to worry about, as easy as it would be to do so.

When I flex my chest, the under part of it only pushes in bout half an inch I'd say, whereas on the top you touch my chest and it's solid straight off.

I figure I'll add in cardio 4-5x a week in the morning (if possible) for about half an hour on the exercise bike. I also walk alot, just because I go places with friends, or wander on the bike trails near me. Keeps me busy, and will probably help to lose some excess weight, yes?
