Side note, I have been gone off and on and was shocked to see Guardian/8and20 had died. I see rip Digger, WHAT happened to him ? We should have a sticky on this as some of us dont get on site everyday but we should be able to keep up with the bros on here. What happened ?

I was guessing 5 10 or 11. I am 5 10 and about 210. I would like to get that size ultimately. Very solid frame. How many cycles have you done and what compounds ?

Can someone give me a pm or post about Digger ? I have been gone a bit and this is upsetting.
