You have natural beauty smalls...but you gotta EAT GIRL!! I would love to train w/ you for a few days...id put some mass on those shoulders and arms!!!! Do not neglect your diet...I know school makes it crazy..in a few weeks i will be in school all freakin day...pack some shakes, bars, and make your food ahead of time. PLAN PLAN PLAN!!! This kind of lifestyle requires it...And you need to eat! Get your good clean sources of carbs as well...you could use those as well. I would concentrate on lifting heavy and making sure your training is on the right track...as for cardio...least of your worries. You want some more lean mass....Keep taking pics every few months so you can see your progress...it is motivating as well u are so cute!
