Back surgery is next week on the 26th. Stay hospital 2-7 days, then 6-8 aeeks before a full recovery. Baby is due 27 july, but is trying to come out early. Can't wait to be back in gym.
Surgery went great. In hospital about 19 hours after surgery. Only pain is from the incision on the front side. They gave me a pain pump filled with delauten (7 times more powerful than morphine). Flat on back for firast 24 hours. Then I get to stand with a back brace. More to come.
Rehab is exxcellent! Especially for those of us who only have two modes. ON or OFF. I am always on so for me it works to alow me dowm and introduce myself to new or unique ways of doing things based on my surgeon's technique and philosophy. It's a win/win for all of us. Gotta lay baxk down. Vaxk is on fire!
Well pain is still brutal, it's a bitch to sit too long and my ass cheeks are sore just from doing rehab. Hopefully pain subsides with only needing 1 refill of pain meds. I can't wait to get back in the gym. I feel small and weak right now. Been thinking of using anavar to slow down the muscle loss.
IDK bout the var bro. I remember reading on here that the "supps" actually impede recovery from operation such as yours. However to help retain the muscle mass up your protein. I would think that your pain should start to subside in a week or so. Kinda early yet for that.
Good luck man and thanks for keeping us up on this.
