The start of a year long cycle

This will be simple.

dbol 30mg/day weeks 1-3
sust 500mg week weeks 1-52
eq 500mg/week weeks 1-52
breaking it down into 4 even quarters, the second half of each quarter will add the following:

tren e 400mg/week
winny 50mg/ed

Masteron e at 400-600mg/week starting about 2 months or so into the cycle.

I will include hcg, Aromasin, Nolvadex, Letrozole, and formastanzol as needed.

This isn't about whether or not a particular person would or wouldn't do this. This is what I am doing with the goal of tracking my progress for the next 12 months.
 
Do you plan on blasting and cruising at the end of the 52 weeks or coming off completely?
 
Going into cruise mode with half the dosages, more of an HRT then after 3-6 months depending on how this goes, I will go back to this cycle for another 12 months.
 
Quite frankly, so will I! I think the results will be excellent. It will all come down to consistency with the diet.
 
So my workouts are going like this now. I am doing 2 a days. I lift at lunch then at night after work. Yesterday I did arms at lunch and legs at night. Today at lunch I did triceps again and calves with shoulders/traps at night. Tomorrow is hamstrings and calves again. Night time not sure yet, maybe chest.

My elbow is still sore from the surgery, but I am taking it slow. Overall it is much better than it was before the surgery and eventually all pain will be gone.
 
Well today I did hamstrings and calves again. My motivation was side-tracked by having to converse with a stupid office admin at my 6 year old's doctor. It was like talking in circles. She just didn't hear me whatsoever. Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have made that call right before lifting. Next day in gym is Sunday sometime.

Carb day started this evening. Had bottle caps! Just ate 5 hotdogs (chicken)with cheese and mustard. 15 gms of carbs and lot's of protein and fat.
 
Since starting back up on cycle and diet full time, my thirst has gone thru the roof! But I don't seem to be retaining the water either. I just piss it out regular like.
 
So today was 2 work outs today, lunch and then after work. I did chest and tri's at lunch and back and shoulders after work. I can most definitely say my elbow is on the mend from surgery! Not to mention my 300Z is working flawlessly so far.
 
Not at this point. However, I will be keen on the signs of over training. I am looking at adding volume without adding excessive stress by using monster poundages. Need to get the pumps and keep metabolism up without the stress from heavy weights.

This is one routine that I use. A lot of the time I will vary it depending on how I feel, if my friend is working out with me or not, etc.

Right now I am timing my carb days to start at the end of leg days.
 
If I get the chance I will film some of my workouts and post. I feel fat right now so be kind if I do post.
 
Got some video of my work out today. I'm gonna try to get some more and then post up. I did biceps at lunch and calves/hamstrings at night. My strength is going up big time, elbow is feeling much better!

Hey chesty I think I remember something about you going on a high fat diet...lots of oils. Are you still experminting with that and how did it go?
 
I am still on it. No carbs for 3 days, then add some carbs for a day and repeat. My fats average about 120 gms a day with about 200 gms of protein a day. The diet works!

Thats the kind of weight that builds traps bro. So many times I see peeps using 110 lbs to do shrugs with and they do set after set and then of course cant figure why they dont have any traps. Big muscles take big work and thats all there is to it as you know so well bro.
 
Yep, and I am feeling it today for sure! I am going in for chest tonight hopefully. Long day, and our lawyer for the custody of my wife's 6 year old is being a fucking dick to us. But I have to keep at it in the gym or I will go insane from the stress of all the bullshit. He is abusive, denies access to daughter and because of our dick lawyer her ex will win and not be made to answer for not letting us see her for over a year.
 
But I can't let that stress get to us/me. The gym and my harley keep me sane in this insane world.
 
Well carb day has turned into a calorie day! Burgers, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, white chocolate, potato chips, strawberry maltballs. Holy crap I am hungry today, but I haven't had any hunger pains though. I think lifting heavy again is feeding it along with the no carb days!

Banged out quads today. Felt really strong and got a good pump on my quads and calves. Two a days are going pretty good. Tonight is vitamin time. I hope to get some more vids this weekend of some lifting. Maybe chest and back.
 
Here is a picture of me from April 2000 in Canada. It was 6 weeks after I had to stop getting ready for the Ronny Coleman (I was 6 weeks into contest prep when I had to stop) I kept up on my supplementation, but my diet went straight out the window. On the bright side, I got my 405 bench while I was up there.

Did hamstrings and calves at lunch and medium back at night! My legs are still sore from quad day and my ass hurts from the squats! I walk all funny like!

Well, did traps and shoulders at lunch and chest evening. Hamstrings cramped big time yesterday after working them and calves at lunch and back at night.

I feel good, but I can tell its time for day off.
 
Took day off today. I am up to 80mcg of clen a day. Boy am I sweating like a pig! And shaky too!

nope I drink coffee and diet coke once in a while and when I'm off Clem ill use Eva stack (at low dose of ephedrine say no more than 50mg a day for no longer than a month)

I wanna be around long time to come myself.

Did traps and shoulders tonight. started picking up dumbbells presses again. moving back to all old school. hadn't been doing g them because of shoulder surgeries in past and being skiddish about hurting shoulders. anyways, I did them last week using g 40 lb bells. okay so it isn't what I used to do with 120's but its a slow methodical approach to avoid problems. so today I was watching toothpick do 60's and figured I can do those, not like I'm pushing it. well when shoulders out of practice with military sum ell presses 60 is a lot. I did them but backed down to 40's and did 5 sets of 15. my freaking Celts were on fire and cramping. especially my front delts. woo hoo!

also did 405 shrugs for 15 reps lime they were nothing. working way back to 585 shrugs. ahh those were the days and they are coming back.

Slow and easy prevent injuries bro. Doing it smart to start out slow. After all we got noting but time bro.
Just remember you only get one bod for your whole life man so build it dont abuse it. I know its so dam hard to go slow and methodicly but thats the very best approach my man.

I try to eat every 3 hours, have at least 2 hours before gym with no food, then hit protein shake right after gym, then about an hour later, eat my last meal.

Good news on the custody battle. The therapist, told us that wife's ex is an "asshole" and that he is going to recommend, 1: that we get our full visitation rights back, 2: that her daughter does not need to be on any meds as there is nothing wrong with her (he has her on focaline, risperdal and intuniv) he does not believe a word of what her ex has said or has not said. 3: He has stated that there is nothing wrong with my wife whatsoever, 4: He is 95% sure we will get what we want, custody of our daugher, but that it might take a couple extra months to get the geographic boundaries lifted so we can move wherever the fuck we want.

Our lawyer is still a dick, but all we got.
 
Did stiff legged dead lifts tonight up to 225 lbf, leg curls and calves. Not bad not, legs are getting vascular, wish my lower ab would get the hint! :-)

Well,did back today. Started 500iu/2xweek of hcg. I have a friend who's pharmacist makes it by compounding. Makes it 150% stronger than what's on the label. Woo Hoo!

I usually spend about 1.5 to 2.0 hours a day depending on what I am doing and if I am doing cardio that day. Yep, did my first shot of it last night. Should be interesting. I am planning on 1000 iu/week for the duration of this year long quest.
 
Elbow is getting better! It is still a little stiff in the morning but that is to be expected. I'm making good progress despite my less than stellar dieting right now due to all the stress of everything else, but I'm staying ahead of the game. Getting ready for squats tonight!

Yes, I do that per day take 1 or 2 days off. I have been going light this week and last week. Maybe next week too. I am getting pretty strong, but I have to rein myself in and remember I just had surgery not too long ago. No need to push things, I get plenty of time. Slow and methodical.

I am really trimming up, my lower stomach thickness is now 15 or so mm used to be 25+. My waist around my navel is 34 inches now, was almost 40 last August! I'm loving things. I like the tgc deca present too. Few more weeks I'll try the tren A. Wish I had more of each. Get my camera back from Canon next week so I will try to get some pics. I'm still trying to get in and get some more videos (have to sneak in and do the video taping surreptitiously which is a pain in the ass to say the least.

Yep, I always like gifts! So, I just got back from a road trip (not for fun though) Hit the gym tonight did moderate back and shoulders. My shoulders were on fire when I left!

Week 6 of dbol is coming to a close and then I will be done with it for a while. I was on 30mg a day, and it was making my piss dark brown no matter how much water I drank or protein I ate. So, I backed it down to 20mg/day and now my piss is normal again. I am suspecting that the z dbol is a wee bit more potent than advertised. I
don't ever remember dbol at 30mg/day turning my pee brown before.

Also, I got somewhat sick over the weekend. I had no appetite and after eating like 1/4 of what I normally do for a meal, I would feel sick to my stomach for a few hours and I was bloated all crazy like. Plus my hernia repair was hurting me for some reason. It's okay, but it was def weird. I'm back to normal now though thank god.
 
When did you have the hernia repair bro?
 
I had the repair June 2008. did quads today. been concentrating more on concentration type movements and reps as opposed to heavy weights and few reps. feel the muscle pump and burn.
 
If you had a choice between cjc 1295, ghrp-6 or ghrp-2, which one would you choose? And what would you reconstitute with?

Did light legs and biceps tonight. Hard to stay motivated with all the bullshit from dirty cops and lawyers that are fucking with my wife's regaining possession of her daughter who is only 6 and being physically injured by her step mom and medicated into a coma so to speak by her father. It's depressing that no one wants to hear our side and the evidence we have. They have made up their mind and have even told us we don't care what evidence you have or show us, we will never change our minds. Problem is they don't have the facts except what they got from a dirty cop and it has torn my family apart.

So I am starting week 7 with z sust and eq (had deca in there from tgc for five weeks, which by the the way, I wished I had, had a lot more. It is good shit.) along with z-dbol for the first 5 weeks. So, I checked my arm size tonight a few hours after working out. I had been averaging about 17 inches. Tonight, I hit 18 inches! My largest ever was close to 21 inches! My waist is still 34 to slight less around my navel in the am when all the food has passed thru. My body fat is probably around 11-12% visually, but based on measurements with calipers around 8%, so maybe 10% over all.

I think we found a place. Going to look at it Sunday. This month has been a bitch on the cycle. Working out and dieting have suffered due to the relocation. Slowly getting back into the swing of things.

Found a place. Move in on the 8th or the 10th of September. Woo hoo. Found a 24 hour Fitness out here, been hitting it getting back to it. Also, picked up hiking again. Gonna start throwing that in the mix as well once a week.

Tonight,I start the tren. Gonna start with 50mg of tren a eod and drop in 200mg of tren e then till I run out of tren a (have only 1 bottle from tgc, rest from z) and drop in the winny as well.

tren is in! 50mg of ace and 200mg of e. The ace will be 50mg/eod till I run out. Then bump the e to 400mg/week.

Sure, I'm working back up on my strength. You would be surprised at how my max weights aren't near what you would expect. After hitting 405 bench, curling 225, squating 465 and military press at 315, I ne3ed to be much more careful now that I am not so spry as I once was. LOL
