You're 1 for 2, buddy. You do have to eat to grow regardless of what you're injecting. But steroids do make up for ineffective training. I already invoked this example once, but Mentzer got huge doing heavy duty which as a program is just terrible. It's a testament to his drugs.
Go on the anabolic board. What could be more anabolic than exercise? But routines are NEVER MENTIONED. Why? Cause when you're juicing it really doesn't matter. All you have to do is lift something, anything, at least once a week and you'll explode. Don't believe me? Think back to puberty. You probably put on muscle from sitting on your ass, I know I did.
