Soy is given to menopausal women to increase estrogen levels. I don't know about u, but I don't need higher estrogen levels.

Its also given to Men who have enlarged prostrates. I figure with the Liquidex I use and Nolvadex from time to time that big estrogenic soy wont do much lol. I only tried the stuff a few times a friend of mine had some prostrate problems and was told to drink it instead of milk.

Just stick with Saw Palmetto for your Prostate, why take the chance of an estrogen increase.
