Hey dude, New guy here but I would really recomend ditching the milk and any milk products. I haven't worked out the science behind the fact, but the lactose will prevent you from loosing that last little bit under the skin. I made that change between my 1st and 2nd amature comps and the difference is chalk and cheese.
Plus have you thought of dehydrating and seeing what that looks like? U sure your not just holding water there?
