That last little bit of fat

I'm stuck trying to lose that last bit of fat in my lower belly.

I'm doing an hour of cardio per day sometimes more; 45 morning 30 evening. I'm eating every two and a half to three hours and my last meal to have any starch (brown rice) is at 1:30 pm, the rest of the day is fiberous and protein.

Most of my fat I seem to hold is in the lower belly and chest. The area i'm trying to focus on is just below the belly button (i know you can't spot reduce). I'm worried though that if I up my cardio and keep my diet the same or lower my caloric intake i'm going to start losing muscle and strength.

Am I just obsessing too much? My wife thinks so... :spin:

Yeah i'm doing the LClen and T3 cycle from AG-Guys which you helped me out with.

I have about 3 and a half weeks left on that. You have any recommendations for anything else I can start at this point? Feel free to PM me

sorry i 4got u were running it. i get so many PM's it is hard to keep track of everyone....lol.

so it has worked well so far it is just the last few stubborn lbs.?

yeah been working great so far. I'm at 200mcg LClen and 50mcg T3 per day and I'm tolerating everything pretty well, thinking about going to 300mcgs (150mcg at 5:30am and again at 1pm) for the last 3 weeks and continuing on the down pyramid with the T3.
I give you the run down of my diet:

5-5:30am - wake up; 24g whey/water; 100mcgs lclen 25mcg T3
6-7:30am - cardio (45min-1hr)/abs
7:45am - 48g whey, 2C milk, 1 banana; 1C whole oats with splenda and milk (i don't cook it just eat raw)
10:45am - 1C broccoli, 1C brown rice 1pk Albacore tuna (24g protein)
1:30pm - 6-8oz chicken 1C brown rice; 1C brussels sprouts; 100mcgs lclen 25mcg T3
4:45pm - 24g whey
6pm - NOXplode/water (never again without water)
6:30-8pm - cardio (15-30min) whatever muscle I'm working
8:15pm - 1pk tuna and 1 bag spring mix salad (about 2C)
10pm - 24g casein/water and 1 animal pack


Now that I look at all that, if I take out the 2C milk from my morning shake and use water possibly even take the 1C milk out with my morning oats too, that could be enough since I will be taking 50g of casein in the evening (ordered the iron tek rtd)

Thought, opinions appreciated
 
I agree kill the milk.

Have u been using benadryl every 3rd week for a week straight or cycling off every 2 weeks?

i wouldnt recommend going up that high with the clen.

bump that 2nd cardio session up to 45 mins if u can.

Yeah the benadryl was great knocked me right out, about to start it again this weekend

I thought I was going to be doing too much cardio as it is, but I guess to get completely shredded you can't do too much.

It wasn't until I typed everything out that I saw what I could eliminate

if that doesnt help i would eliminate one of the cups of rice and that bananna.
 
What about mixing in a bottle of Dermatherm from PP? Do you think that would help out?
