Been training for 8 years, I train 5 days a week with 30/45 minutes of cardio 3x a week mostly treadmill and row machine
Sleep around 6 hours a night
Take 500mg test a week, whey protein and normal vitamins
Don’t drink alcohol or smoke
I eat clean around 2500 calories a day and around a gallon of water a day
In the past I’ve ran test anavar and primo nothing real crazy. Right now I’m around 18/15% BF looking to cut down to 10% or so and would love ant help I could get for a good cutting cycle. Thanks in advance!
