Big back and shoulders session and some cardio to finish. Strength is up but some little niggles in my left elbow and left groin starting to emerge so might be time to peel back a bit next week.
@Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep EQ might be working a little too well in terms of estrogen control so might cut this back and up the test and see how we feel.
