Couple of rest days due to both elbows flaring up so just cardio yesterday and today.
Just got done with 45 minutes involving a combination of stairclimber, elliptical and treadmill. This morning was a 700m swim.
Digging into this meal before heading up to bed shortly

just cardio is good but elbows you pinning bpc tb close?
and whats in this meal?

Thanks brother yeah they've calmed down a bit now. Just need to lay off the movements that aggravate them for a while then hopefully full steam ahead again

Yeah pinning bpc and tb but not near the elbows. Meal was mince beef with broccoli and some other veg, touch of rice too, teriyaki sauce.
 
yea maybe some more time needed whats your bpc tb dose now?
1mg of each every 3 days. I should move to everyday shots due to the short half lives and lower the dosage but cbf
