OK...I'm switched over to EOD and will take 2 weeks off for recovery. First week off I'll just rest and 2nd week I'm gonna start stretching with the bands with very light resistance to start and some use of the 3lb dumbells...I'll keep the reps down.
I am not liking having to rest right now...I did take a week off after Christmas, but maybe this will do the trick. Thanks!
