I don't think I’ve mentioned in my first post, or maybe failed to mention for that matter, anything that could honestly lead someone to say that "it’s VERY, VERY clear that I don’t know how to train or eat". However, because it’s also possible that because I’ve only been solidly training for just over a year, one may naturally assume that I am only looking for a quick fix (aka , steroids). For what it’s worth, for the last six months I've been training and learning with a certified personal trainer (bodyfitcanada.com) at my college to make sure my workouts and diet are on point. Also, Trendsetter, given my height, is 160lbs really too light?? Does this really mean I’m eating too little?? I don't know about that!

-Anyways, I do appreciate all who did reply to my post, HAYEZ in particular.
-I’m going to take Ailn’s advice and get my hormone levels checked first.

Also, I have a question for Needtogetaas (or anyone else who wants to answer)... Since the general consensus was that I should wait, if ever, to use aas, I’m going to hold off on toxifying my liver and suppressing endogenous testosterone production. However, how long would you suggest I train for before I even begin to consider gear?? Is it mostly a time/experience thing or are there other legitimate reasons you can think of that would make it excusable for one to start using (aside from competing, maybe). Thanks in advance!
