Test Cypionate

i think alot of you guys are missing the point hes only 5'3 and weighs the same as most 5'10 people do when they do steroids lolol

i have a friend that is 170 at 5'5 i think and the guy looks like a beast and can outlift alot of people

so the guy may not have the lifting experience but just cause hes short doesnt really mean shit

The only thing is he has only been training a year...thats key....I agree with the shortness and weight Hayez

I don't think I’ve mentioned in my first post, or maybe failed to mention for that matter, anything that could honestly lead someone to say that "it’s VERY, VERY clear that I don’t know how to train or eat". However, because it’s also possible that because I’ve only been solidly training for just over a year, one may naturally assume that I am only looking for a quick fix (aka , steroids). For what it’s worth, for the last six months I've been training and learning with a certified personal trainer (bodyfitcanada.com) at my college to make sure my workouts and diet are on point. Also, Trendsetter, given my height, is 160lbs really too light?? Does this really mean I’m eating too little?? I don't know about that!

-Anyways, I do appreciate all who did reply to my post, HAYEZ in particular.
-I’m going to take Ailn’s advice and get my hormone levels checked first.

Also, I have a question for Needtogetaas (or anyone else who wants to answer)... Since the general consensus was that I should wait, if ever, to use aas, I’m going to hold off on toxifying my liver and suppressing endogenous testosterone production. However, how long would you suggest I train for before I even begin to consider gear?? Is it mostly a time/experience thing or are there other legitimate reasons you can think of that would make it excusable for one to start using (aside from competing, maybe). Thanks in advance!

post up smoe pics bro!! cover your face if you dont want anyone to know who you are! lol
160 @ 5'3" and 11% seems like a pretty good build for someone your size, I' mnot sure because I'm like a foot taller than you, and I used to be under 160 at the same height when I started lifting!
