tate presses, elbows out extensions

when in the workout should these be performed? am I supposed to touch the dbs throughout the entire movement? here is my tri routine:
close grip bench
weighted dips
lying tri extensions
tri pulldowns

plug in where you would do tate press, please...
 
ive never even heard of them. but ill bump this for someone else.

i keep it simple. arm extension through different angles of resistance. nothing too elaborate. thats the extent of my tri workouts. effective for me, but then again, my horsies are a gift from mom's side of the family.
 
I do them after my Max effort press exercise. So i guess i do them 2nd. If i do them twice in th esame week i do them 3rd but lighter on my lighter or med tri day. Which is 72 hrs before my max tri day.
