Just wanted to pass along this recipe for salad dressing. I have tinkered with dressings for months and find that this one tastes great! and it's a no brainer to make.
I mix it up and drizzle it on fresh raw spinach.
2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp crushed and chopped garlic
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
I also like to add a pinch of cayenne pepper to give my mouth a little after glow, but this is optional. (Hey, what can I say, I live in New Orleans)
