T3 or T4

Okay so i purchased both the e-books here and there is conflicting evidence on which is best to use. Most say T3 but the Beyond Steroids book suggest using T4 instead and backs it up with some pretty extensive science. What do you guys think? I used T4 with my GH then just recently switched to T3. It's only been 2 weeks since I switched so I haven't yet noticed a difference
 
T3 is the end product that you need to burn fat. T4 is the precursor which the body converts to T4 as required.

Wouldn't this mean that if you supplement with T4, you'll always end up with a normal and limited quantity of T3? If you supplement with T3 wouldn't/couldn't you end up with supraphysiological quantities of T3, higher than your body will ever be capable of producing normally?

(I'm as confused as you are and just thinking out aloud)
