That I could do close grip bench with 205 for 10 reps without assistance. Its kinda weird since I do not lift arm a lot, actually i hate arms. So for the last year I haven't done a solo arm day, so I started today. I was really shocked to find I could also use 60lbs dumbells for 8 clean reps on each arm and do 45lbs on each side of the Ez-curl bar for skullcrushers no problem.
I guess all those compound movements I do are actually paying off
