Still coughing I thought it might be a fat burner I was taking causeing it but looks like it is a dam cold son of a ... Anyways I am strong then some stupid cold on 10 days left hopefully I shake this sucker soon!

QT - split the fat burner to at least 2x per day.....3 would be better is you can...I am confdent that the cough wil ease up a bit

I am taking 1 oral fat burner the helios yesteray I didn't take it took a redline wanted to see if the cough was cause by the albuterol in the helios. I am coughing worse this morning and with lots of flam which leads me to believe it is a comman cold.
The other fat burner I am using is topical called body scultp made by a UG here I use it in the AM before cardio and PM before my lifting/cardio. I posted about the UG Innovision in the anabolics forum a few months back.

The abuterol should help clear out your lungs since it is an asthma med.....I have been using it about 4 times a day for the last month...so I can breath...I just can't see it as a fat burner...I use it everyday and Im fat LOL......hang in there girl your almost done!!

Keep in mind the half life of the albuterol is only 5-6 hours.....

Just a random comment since I can't give Shadow any more K right now - you are just a constant wealth of practical and extensive knowledge and we are very lucky to have you here both in enthusiasm and information. I'd pay money to have someone like you even drop into my gym occassionally just to make it more an "into it" experience. I really freekin' miss that.

Shadow my timing for the helios is at my 2pm meal so by this morning it should have been out of my system by this morning cause the last dose was Monday @ 2 so yeah it is a cold.

Sassy word up Shadow is the shizzle we are very lucky to have him hang with us here.

GG albuterlo is being used more and more as an alternative to clen it is only one part of that fatburn I am taking which also contains yohmbien caffiiene and nicotin. I think that is everything in it don't have the bottle on me so have to check when I get home.

Anyway there is this stuff called cold-fx that I have used in the past got rid of my cold pretty fast. I am going to hit the drug store before the gym tonight and hopefully it kicks this.
