ZMA? I think I have some. I upped my vitamin C. I had a good sweat in my cardio today not much coughing I am thinking it is just minor. It is going to pass cause I said so

I coughed up a serious flem loogy this morning talk about super HOT can you OD on Vitamin C what is the max you can take in a day?

Quick update before the gym trying on boobs was fun as hell. If I get this done it will be 450 CC under the muscle gels. OMG it looked so dam cute with those suckers in my top and waist looked super tiny didn't know boobs could do that.

Oh and one not so cool thing I think I found my first grey hair I pulled that bitch out weird thing is it was brown at tip but growing in grey at the root WTF
