Stripping weight

Iv'e been lifting religiously since I was 17..I'm 24 now, so you could say that Iv'e been in the gym day in and day out for 7 years now. I started out as 120 lbs and am now at the end of my bulk sitting in about 212-215 lbs. I'm about 15% BF, still carrying the outline of my abs, just a lot of water weight to make up for the bf%..but i wanted to try stripping 15-25 lbs over the course of 4-6 weeks. I have a very fast metabolism (thus the low week strip) but I wanted to get advice from the pro ef'ers here on how to properly do a strip and when to balance in my cardio/lifting..

This was my plan

3x a week cardio A.M. empty stomach...benefits= body is in glycemic state, I will still have energy by the afternoon to go all out in the gym..

weight training 5x a week.. iso work

carbs right after running.. and carbs before my workout (will get burned anyways while im in the gym) complex carbs of course...

How should i structure my meal, work out plan to maximize results and come out of this looking great..PM for current pics.

Which meal are you asking about? Also how do you lift right now?

Im a big beliver in not changing my lifting style while cutting but just adding in cardio and some HIIT. As for meals 6-8 if you can and pre workout have some carbs for the weights and post workout just have some protein.
