1:00 PM: 10 oz Sirloin Strip steak, 2 cups Coastal Kale salad
4:00 PM: NuBlend 7 Cookies & Cream protein shake (3 scoops), 10 oz. Almond Milk, 1/4 cup almond slivers
7:00 PM: 8 oz Chicken Breast, broccoli, zuchinni, Greek Yogurt for desert
10:00 PM: NuBlend 7 Cookies & Cream protein shake (3 scoops), 10 oz. Almond Milk, 1/4 cup almond slivers
Mood/Feeling:
I am feeling great!!! It is my little girls birthday this weekend, she will be 7 years old, she is my little buddy!!! Worked today, went home and chilled knowing I have legs tomorrow and I want to kill them bad!!! I trained hamstrings with back on Thursday with the wife, so Saturday leg day is emphasis on quads and developing my quad sweep more. My wife and my training partner Dom will be there tomorrow...it will be fun!!!
