Thanks OWL and Trav...good to see my bros...things are getting better, had a couple of decent workouts the last couple of days, and my mom is slowly recovering, and my little girl is back to her old self as well. At work today, and will put my log updates here tonight or tomorrow morning when I can sit in front of a computer for a spell...still trying to find that time without falling asleep at the keyboard lol...just all the running around and 10 hour work days are long and exhausting, but enough whining from me...thanks for checking in and Trav keep killing it bro...times like these I need to feed off of my bros!

I'm sure I can speak for everyone when saying that the feeling is mutual. If I had to pick 5 guys that I respect the most of any forum I have been on, you would be one of them. You live your life as every man should...putting his family first and foremost and doing everything in your power for them. I guess it also helps that I can relate to you so much, since we have girls close in age and I'm not too far from you in age either. As you know, I'm very much a family man myself and I am very happy to see you doing so much for all in your family, your dedication and devotion to this lifestyle, and your great nature. I am still at a loss for words...I have read this several times now and am just still wowwed!!! Thanks Rick, you are a true brother my friend, that is such a huge compliment and yes we are so alike when it comes our families, and truly I don't know anyway else to be, family comes before anything in my life...including my own life. Alright, I have a ton of catching up to do later on...I had to put family priority ahead of me all week again, but heading to the gym to train legs now.

My wife is doing a triathlon next weekend, so we are getting the final prep for her competition which will be on the coast south of us so yesterday had to put all new Skyjacker shocks, steering stablizer, check brakes, and other maintenance to the truck which she now calls hers lol, so she and her girlfriend have a safe truck to haul the bikes and them down the coast...and of course still taking care of mom. Finally the little one is back at school today much better than last week...so time to start really focusing here on my shit!!!

I will update this log later tonight, still have a full day ahead of me but will do my best to keep this alive for all of my brothers and sisters here to keep me motivated...and I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for doing so...you all are the fucking best familia a bro can have!!!

Alright...U-Verse sucks! Ever since we switched over to this supposedly faster internet connection I have had nothing but issues...gay!!! So not able to catch up the old log, but yes today's workout was good, although still fighting off the sickness that my daughter had...but got it done!!! Tell me to stop fucking whining would all of you...

Training today:

Bike (10 minutes...level 10 to pump legs full of blood)
Deadz...6 sets, maxed out at 455 for 5 reps
Squats...6 sets, also maxed out at 455 for 5 reps, then drop set with 225 for 20...that was fun!
Leg Press Machine...sucks, but machine max out at 400 lbs, so did 4 sets of 20 with minimal rest inbetween sets
Seated Leg Curls...4 sets, maxed out at 160 for 10...legs were shaking lol
Stiff Leg Dedz...maxed out at 225 for 8, my lower back was pumped pretty good after all I just did, so ended on the Roman Chair stretching and did a few sets of back extensions...

So overall a pretty good workout...I have a nice big bowl of spaghetti sitting in my lap with ground chicken, Quinua pasta, and excellent sauce that I am going to chow down right now...sorry for the lame log update for the day, won't have internet connection until Wednesday when the damn technician comes out between 4-8 pm to see what the fuck is wrong...argh! So I will get shit updated as soon as I can folks!

Thanks BB...the only way I really know, but at times I get to the point where I need to get a little selfish just to take care of the old self...but then get reminded that it is all about my girls...yes ALL girls, mom, wife, daughters, even the damn animals are female lol...too much estrogen, too much needy...but I love them all with all my heart. Can't wait to hear you the day your little girl graces us with her presence...you will fall in love at first sight and it will be all over bro...us big guys get wrapped by our little girls!

Zed my man...not at this gym, at Powerhouse Gym yes...usually will put up someone when I can't put anymore plates on the press, usually my training partner...or a cute gal ;). That workout was to get it done, and the press machine only went up to whatever the weight stack goes up to...so more reps! Fucking going to kill it the next few days and then it is down the coast for the wifes triathlon for the weekend...she is killing it for next three days and going all out...I am pulling for her, she needs this to boost her self, so once again it is not about me lol! Thanks for checking in bro...I will get this shit updated before Saturday morning.

Alright, well the AT&T guy came out today...for the 2nd time...to try and figure out why I have intermittent internet signal and shit not working, to tell me they have to send another technician out because the problem is from my outside box to the junction box in the sidewalk/street...for fuck sake!!! For as much money that company grosses you would figure they would pay their employees well so they like doing their jobs, but obviously that is not happening.

Anyway, I have just short of two weeks of catching up to do...well instead of posting a bunch of daily logs with either no training or anything of intelligence towards the cycle due to my chaotic life the past 2 weeks due to my mom's surgery, I will just start up as of today since this was actually my third workout of the week and am in Capitola for my wifes triathlon for the weekend...so will just update all of you as to where I am at currently.

As you can see I was happy to be back at the gym, and honestly...as I seen my muscles get all pumped up and how my skin is looking paper thin on my arms, shoulders, chest, and traps/neck...it made me want to try and burst them through the skin!!!! I was looking fucking great, I just kept on training and pushing even though my tricep tendon/ligament was fired up and burning like a son of a biach...I was in my happy place today!!! All I really had this week was three workouts so far...legs, back, and todays workout. I pretty much covered all bodyparts, but where we are staying there is a little gym at the hotel with a Universal machine so tomorrow as the girls are relaxing after their race and basking in their glory, I will do something for abs/back/and whatever else. Then I will go swimming with my little girl for some cardio fun :).

Nutrition:

12:00 pm: 13 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 1 pack Apple Cinnamon Organic oatmeal, 3 tbls. Peanut Butter, 1 Honeycrisp apple, 1 Muscle Replenisher Berry Blast shake...POST Workout meal!!!

2:00 pm: 2 Homemade Organic/Natural Protein Bars (Chocolate Fudge Crisp & Apple Cranberry Crisp)

4:00 pm: 6 oz. Chicken Thighs, 6 oz. Carne Asada, 6 oz. Yams, 1 cup Brown Rice

7:00 pm: Pizza My Heart Artichoke/Chicken/Sun Dried Tomato pizza slices (2)

9:00 pm: 2 scoops Rocky Road protein shake...and maybe 1 protein bar :D!!!

Mood/Feeling:

Much better today once I was able to train and get back into my groove. Honestly, I have been so preoccupied caring for my mom (hip surgery), caring for my little daughter last week (flu), then I got the same cold/flu my daughter had minus the fever, then helping my wife get prepared for her triathlon tomorrow...I have been down on myself, kind of depressed a bit which to me seems kind of funny...and selfish...considering I am now on my 6th week of this cycle and the test should be kicked in, EQ is coming up around the corner...although I am not as hungry as I thought I would be, and just finishing up my Tbol this weekend. Monday I will be starting my HCG @ 500iu EW (250iu 2x Mon & Thur) and dropping my HCGenerate for 4 weeks...my balls shrank a bit, but definitely not as bad as they probably would have if I hadn't been supplementing with HCGenerate.

My current weight this morning was 238, and that is with not poor nutrition, but definitely fewer calories than I should have been taking in the past couple of weeks...arrgh!!! I am definitely happy with the way I look, except need to get the midsection tighter...always the last part to follow suit with the rest of me.

So tomorrow it is all about my wife and getting her through her race, as well as our close friend Grace who has been training with her for this race...and then next week when things are getting mellower with home life and with my mom, then I will be stepping it up BIG TIME to make up for lost time...so just hang on and wait for me to show you what I am truly made of here...we will be fucking killing it for the remainder of the cycle...and beyond!!!

Hopefully this is a good enough update for this log, as I will keep up with it more consistently once my fucking internet connection is fixed...and get some more time back to get this done!!!!

All the meat served here is grass fed, organic lettuce & tomatoes, all the burgers are kick ass! I order my favorite..."The Hank Williams Senior" comes with Jack Cheese, BBQ sauce, bacon, avocado...and made that bad boy a double :D...and a side of sweet potato fries...washing it down with a limeade! It has been an awesome weekend, and can't wait to get back to work here, I will hit the gym in the morning, as when we get home I will just relax and watch whatever football game is on and finish the weekend spending time with my girls!

Thanks man...I am always being hard on myself, as my wife would say...insatiable! Thanks for sticking with me on this log bro...again, once my damn internet is working again, I have a solid shoulder workout to post for today...tomorrow is chest, Thursday is legs, Friday is back & biceps...and weekend off!!! The annual Pumpkin Festival is this weekend here in town and this will be my wifes first weekend off of work (besides last weekends triathlon) since April...so chilling and sleeping in with her.

Hey Nelson...and everyone else, sorry for the lack of updates here...I still haven't had my internet connection issue corrected, and am pretty fed up at this point. I have been hitting the gym and workouts have been going good, I will be hitting the gym here in a few for some back & biceps, and then another day of the annual Pumkin Festival here in town. Hopefully I will have internet connection once again as of tomorrow when they come back out for the 100th time to try and figure out what is wrong...absolutely ridiculous! I will see about posting some pictures if I can get my wife to take them. Again, sorry for the absence here, it is just typing all of this on my smartphone gets kind of old.

Well it looks as if my internet is back up and working again...maybe 5th time was a charm!!! Once again, unforseen circumstance kept me from updating, but I am back!!!

Mood/Feeling:

Aside from frustration with things going on in my life lol, not going into detail...I will save you from the drama, today I felt great! The wife and I had to take a little road trip down the coast and into the coastal mountains to where her work's headquarters are located, then to lunch in Santa Cruz, then just enjoying the day with my wife and then my daughter once we picked her up from school. I have much more energy and enthusiasm...while training this morning my skin has the paper thin look, the sirations in the muscle showing, veins, full muscle bellies, looking like the gear is/has peaked and showing the good stuff!!!

I have decided to add a little something to the cycle this week, and as soon as it comes in I will start with it and finish off the cycle with it in the mix...100mg Tren Ace EOD. I will be utilizing Prami at .5mg E3D to start, and adjust if needed...remember I am still taking 25mg Aromasin ED, and the Proviron.

Mixed my HCG tonight and took 250iu, but mixed it in sterile water and think I made a mistake...need Bac water.

If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!

It is funny because I was reading a thread on here titled Roid Rage, and it is a bad label stereotyped by immaturity while taking AAS...did that make sense? If one is mature and has self control, and uses common sense...there is no such thing as roid rage IMO...a myth!!!

I am pissed off though, as I out my HCG into a vial with 10ml of Sterile Water...now I find out it is no good!!! Just wasted my gear...still contemplating one more 250iu injection tomorrow, but I will research it more.

She ended up rubbing Skeletal Balm on it, massaged more, then heat...I was feeling much better...tomorrow is legs!!!

So yeah, had kind of a fun day...I still feel Alpha Male, on top of the world feeling, but first the stomach then the back, anyway tomorrow is just around the corner!!!

Leg day!!!

Feeling good, get to the gym to be reminded you can only count on yourself...my training partner pulled a no show so it was me, myself, and MuscleAddiction!!! My back was still pretty tight, so I didn't want to push it! I was able to get a solid workout and legs are feeling it at moment so all good! Going in the morning to attempt arms (tricep tendon still real sore), and some abs. Heading off to bed right now...also having a garage sale tomorrow weather permitting, so hopefully get rid of some crap and make some bucks!

I had a nice little package delivered today, some 100mg Tren Ace...so starting that this week for the last 8 weeks of the cycle, will use Prami at .5mg E3D and will adjust as needed. So it should get very interesting for the next 2 months.

Well instead of listing everything I ate everyday…sorry folks, I will list it daily from now on…I have been trying to consume 3500-4000 everyday within my 8 hour feed window, which my first meal coming out of my fast contains the most calories, and usually will end the day with a N2 Bulk shake. I have been eating a lot of protein coming mostly from eggs/whites, chicken, lean steaks, tuna, Greek Yogurt, and shakes. Lots of fruits and veggies!!! Yams, oats, nuts, brown rice, beans, Ezekiel breads, avocado, peanut butter, Almond Milk, I think you get the picture :D…I eat clean, healthy, and for performance!!!


Mood/Feeling:

What a fucking week!!! Why is it that when you are trying to concentrate and follow a program and cycle that life likes to throw things at you? That was a rhetorical question by the way…it has just been so busy daily, physically and emotionally draining, that I literally have been going to bed around 8-9 pm each night exhausted! Which is why I haven’t been true to my log here…but as you can see I am not slacking off one bit folks!!! My wife was let go from her job wrongfully, so we have been dealing with that drama, busy on a project at work and my manager doesn’t think I am busy enough so he gives me more work to do, had a conference in the beginning of the week to go to, just a week full of fun!!!

My Thursday back workout was awesome though, pulling that 495 rack pull felt really good…especially since it has been a while due to my lower back issue, but aside for some tightness the following days my back is feeling good!

Today I pushed a little more on my Tricep tendon which has been impeding me from training triceps lately and again felt good. I didn’t overdo it, but I wanted to give it some weight and full range of motion and stretching…and triceps are a bit tender at the moment.

I am feeling awesome overall…I still need to have my wife take some pictures of me hopefully tomorrow in the back yard if the sun is out, because there have been times where I am working out and I wish I could get a pic taken then…fucking getting so swollen and pumped, walking around everyday muscles just hard and dense! SO much I need a deep tissue massage!!!

As you can see in my supplements I have started with a low dose of Tren Ace this past week to see how I was going to react to it…so far really good :D. I am taking Prami .5 mg E3D, and will be upping the Tren to 100 mg EOD for the rest of the cycle…8 weeks.

I found some Bacteriostatic Water online and ordered 2-30 ml bottles for my MT2 and HCG which I will start 500iu EW (250iu Mon-Thur) and run it the rest of the cycle due to my fuck up using Sterile Water with my other 5000iu HCG that had to be tossed L. Won’t make that same mistake twice!!!

I have been taking all of my other support supplements religiously, you have seen my supplement box…pretty easy to keep organized and consistent with everything. So the supplements I am currently taking ED are:

So obvious areas of improvement are still calves, and I trained them today lol, hamstring development, quad sweep, triceps...and my tendon has kept me from really hitting them the past few weeks, and overall conditioning...but I have 8 months to be ready, and I am going to do it! Alright, I think that will do for now...the last two pictures my wife took trying to show me how my back is swollen on the right side and obviously out of whack. Going to head to the chiropractor with these photos to see what we need to do to correct this...when I stand facing forward you can see that I lean to one side...sucks! See below, and if you are a chiropractor or spine specialist I need to resolve this damn C-curve I have in my back...suggestions are welcome!

Alright, so basically midway through cycle and wanted to post some progress pics...keep in mind the ultimate goal is July 13, 2013 contest date, and after reviewing the photos I have a long way to go. I also have to get to the chiropractor because my back is all out of whack! I have been battling a C-curve in my spine for years, and as I think I am standing up straight I am not. These photos below my wife took and wanted me to see how it looks as if my back is swollen and inflamed, as well as you can see the curve of my spine to the side below...

Lol...could count on you, thanks! That was 2 years ago when my wife and I went as Death Bride & Groom, thought it was appropriate for Halloween. The back is going to get taken care of soon, like tomorrow...and then it will be regular visits again, just gets expensive $$$$, but do not put a $ on your health!!!
 
MA. My back had the same lump. Old wrestling injury turns out it was a bulging disk. I get a deep tissue massage every month which helps tremendously. Just a thought if you don't want to put all that money on the chiro.

Workout felt great, back didn't bother me at all...did exercises where my back was stable. Leg presses felt real good...especially 50/40/30/20 rep sets, burn like a mother fucker! Then hit 3 heavy sets to really shred them...then came Hacks lol! Shit, lunges I couldn't add any weight, it was extremely difficult keeping my knee from hitting the floor each rep...20 reps per leg lol, but I was one happy camper when all said and done!

I like those 50/40/30/20 rep sets on leg presses. Dude, I'll tell you, nothing is more intense than high rep leg stuff. I'm more sore than ever the next day. 50 rep squats, ugh. If ya ever get bored and wanna try somethin new, 3 drop sets of 100 leg presses are super intense. At least, for me they are haha. 300 total ouch.

Hey brotha...if anyone knows about high volume workouts its you :D...I told you I am feeding off your log as well...those just came to mind when my training partner and I started yesterday, I felt so fucking good that I didn't want to waste it! I also told my bro that 100 rep sets were in our future as well closer to show time, and he was like "100 reps???" Those are fun! I remember my first 100 rep squat like it was yesterday...hit the bathroom at around 65-70 and puked, came back and finished only for my partners to add 1 rep per minute I was in the bathroom puking to the set...just because they loved me :)...but that is part of our game and lifestyle bro! We are unique, we aren't the norm...we are warriors! I love those drop sets for presses...just keep a bucket next to the machine with a sponge to wipe my training partners face after he throws up...see I am a little more compassionate than my other partners ;). Thanks for checking in and have a great Halloween bro! Go get yourself a little red riding hood or something to give a trick or treat too :D.

Missed ya bro...busy man? Thanks for not ripping me a new one on the extensions...figured light and in the beginning to just pump blood into the quads...and it worked fine. I don't lock out at the top and keep the rep range right in the middle of the movement so trying to just keep it all in the muscle...if that makes sense. Love having you check up on me bro...I am back at MC as well, so I will see you around my good friend...I truly respect your input and knowledge.

Mood/Feeling:

Still feeling awesome of course, pinned 100mg of Tren Ace this morning, and it was smooth as silk! I was really contemplating on getting up at 4:30 am to hit the gym for some cardio and triceps or something, but my beautiful wife had other things in mind for cardio that allowed me to stay right in bed :D...that was really thoughtful of her! The only thing that dragged me down today was work of course, but once I get home I find a beautiful dinner made and waiting for me, wholesome healthy roast and potatoes, some fresh Kale salad, and my favorite show SOA...and what an episode it was!!! Anyway, tomorrow is Halloween, and my little girl is going as one of the girls from Monster High and will be in the school parade...so dad here took the day off to be where I am most needed...with her and my wife!! I will hit the gym at 5 am, train chest/triceps and be home to help with her costume.

Alright...Happy Halloween everyone :vanp::jack1:!!!

I wanted to get this done now due to I will be Trick-or-Treating with my little girl, then passing out candy to the victims, and then seeing if I can scare the shit out of anybody lol!!! I am feeling great today, was only able to get chest done due to being pressed for time, but it was a great lift...except my Tricep tendon/ligament in my elbow...and felt strong although could have been stronger! I will eat as planned above for the rest of the night, maybe even some extra stuff depending on what the evening brings! So here are my girls all in the Halloween spirit...

I love Halloween!!! It is such a fun day, and my little girl just is the happiest angel...dressed as the Monster High girl...and just loves to be with her family, just like her dad!!!

Mood/Feeling:

I feel fucking awesome as usual!!! I have noticed that my bodyheat has increased, and so has my wife...funny thing is hers has as well, but hers is that woman thing we believe...Menopause (funny how it starts with Men ;)). Anyway, as you can see above I put my support supplements up as well, figured I should include those as they make a difference in my cycle. I wish I could take some pictures and have them come out good, they always don't turn out the way you would like them to...either lighting is bad or doesn't show the cuts and vascularity like I want it to. Oh, the other thing is the really vivid dreams, think the Tren is kicking in...really fucking weird vivid dreams, but not really insomnia like some have reported...guess I have been fortunate for that. I am loving the feeling of being just alpha, like nobody can bring me down, or get in my way of what I want to accomplish...I am like a locomotive at full speed! The source I get my gear from is beyond legit, and am very happy with my results so far. I will be ordering up my bloodwork this week and will post those when I get them, which is very important to do...and yes I have lagged on them, but they are coming.

Tomorrow is a day off, so just chilling and eating!!!

Feeling really good, right before I take my shower I pinned 100mg of Tren Ace, painless as usual, fucking loving Tren way too much :D. Don't get me wrong, I love the Test Cyp and EQ as well, maybe the combo of everything is just the perfect storm lol! Again just a bit of the night sweats and vivid dreams...although they are pretty cool...which means I am sleeping at least. Spent the day with my girls at the beach looking for sea glass for arts & crafts at home. The rest of the day is just R&R, eating clean healthy foods...a lot of it, and enjoying this gorgeous weather we are having! Only where we live we have this kind of weather in November where we can go to the beach and walk around in shorts, flip flops, with no shirt on and be sweating...got to love it!

Mood/Feeling:

Kind of warm here today, and with the bodyheat rising with the Tren I have been trying to stay cool...not working!!! My little girl and I had another bike riding lesson, and she is now a graduate to riding her bike!!! STill working on stopping without crashing but she is getting much better :D!!! I am working on the computer on the forums, about to go and eat some more food...I have so much leftover food from the week and I hate wasting food, so I am eating it...ALL!!! As you can see above, I had a TON of Fajita meats, so feasting on that all day to the point I will not want to see another Fajita for a long ass time! Other than that I feel great, my lift today was awesome...pulled a 495 deadlift from the floor today using a Trap Bar, much better and forgiving on the back, and I like the ability of being able to keep back flat when driving through the legs during the power portion of the movement...just feels so much better on the back!!! I was strong, everything was firing on all cylindars, and I am very happy!

Weight is still hovering around 242...and that is weighed fasted!!!

I wanted to get this done early because this does take time away from me spending time with my girls, and these are the only two days I get to...so signing off for now to go be with them!!!

Great day, great workout, feeling good...and healthy!!! Today I got a shot of everything, and it all went so smooth! Took my little girl to school, trained, dentist, eat, pick up my little girl from school, eat, hang out with my little girl, take her to swim lessons, grocery store, gas, pay rent, eat, have a very nice time with the wife in bed, sleep...that basically was my day in a nutshell!!

As far as my physique, nice cuts in my arms, vascular, musclesw are just pumped all day today, chest was full, feeling like a fucking machine!!!

Started out the day with a kick ass arm workout, they have been pumped up all day!!! Solid, vascular, just love the feeling of being on. I am about to fall asleep in front of this computer so going to hit the hay!!! Still feeling really fucking awesome!!! Going to order up my blood test this week, and take mids (a little late) and see where I am at. I am thinking of extending this cycle a couple more weeks, cruise until my contest cycle, then after the show(s) run a serious PCT. I will not have enough time inbetween both cycles to even attempt a PCT, so that is my plan...I will be taking HCG, HCGenerate, and other support supplements all the way through, have bloods done and monitor, and see what I can do!!! I will cruise at 200-250mg EW, then blast the precontest cycle, and then PCT..8 weeks or so, have it planned out. I will probably get a little flack for this, but this is my plan.
