Mood/Feeling:

Felt good today, started doing a little cardio because I was feeling a need for it. Started my HCG due to finally getting my Bac Water in the mail, so mixed my 5000iu into 10ml of Bac Water and put into clean sterile vial, shot 250iu into skin fold in abs, and put rest in the fridge. I will hit another 250iu on Sunday and then administer 250iu HCG Sundays & Wednesdays. Had to make a calendar to remind me when to take what on which day and how much...don't want to forget anything. Tomorrow is back, so check in tomorrow.

Felt tired today, but pushed through my workout at 4:30 am...it is Friday and I will be On-Call for the weekend for work...need the money! Trying to take care of my wife, poor thing is so sick, so took my daughter to school this morning and let the wife rest. I also ordered my mid-cycle blood test today so will get that done Monday if they are open...being a holiday. I will have a couple shots of HCG in me so very interested in what the test is going to look like...didn't want to go through my doctor and alarm him. SO the weekend is here and I will be taking tomorrow off from the gym and hanging out with the family.

Mood/Feeling:

Feeling like I needed a day off to sleep in...but that didn't go as planned. The damn pager kept me up most of the night with issues with our SCADA system (this computer monitors all of our water tank sites and pump stations), and then ended up having to go into work at 5 am to deal with pump issues. The rest of the day was nice, just hung out around the house, my daughters little boyfriend (it really is cute) came over for the day, we went to the high school football field and played football, and enjoyed the day chilling with the kids and wife!!!

My legs were shaking so bad, and my lower back was so pumped when I stepped into the squat rack lol, I am so surprised I made it through them. My training partner had to bail to work after One Legged Leg Presses, so he missed some fun stuff...and he is wondering why he isn't gaining any size.

Killed legs this morning...we literally performed 300 reps before we even hit Seated Squats, so total reps for the workout was 505 reps (Holy you know what!!!) I just realized it...then I pinned my right quad after training with 2.5cc of Test Cyp & EQ mixed...I am a glutton for punishment lol. My quads are already getting that tight feeling, so tomorrow will be fun walking around!

I feel great and tired, I want to get things done around the house, but actually want to eat and chill...but it is such a nice day out and I need to get my little girl outside.

Tomorrow is chest/calves, so I will check back in tomorrow.

Alright, I just left the lab from having my blood drawn for my mid-cycle bloods done, had them done by privatemdlabs.com so I don't alarm my doctor when the results come back lol! Hopefully I will have the results in the next couple of days and I will post them up here. I will be updating my log for the past couple of days when I get home tonight, I had a couple of solid training days and feeling really fucking good! Legs are very sore from Monday's workout...that was to be expected, blasted them pretty good as you can see above.

Mood/Feeling:

Feeling good, but I got my blood work back and am a bit concerned with some of the levels. As you can see I am taking all my cycle support supplements above, I have attached the results of my test so my bros here may be able to shed a little light on it. I will say this, the gear is legit as my Testosterone came back at >1500...but my estrogen is very high...even with taking 25mg Aromasin, 75mg Proviron, and also .5mg Prami ED which understand is for prolactin.

Mid-Cycle Bloodwork Results:

So I didn't want to completely upload my test results due to personal information on it...so I will post the abnormal results from my test:

AST (SGOT): 59 iu/L HIGH (0-40)
ALT (SGPT): 45 iu/L HIGH (0-44)
Testosterone Serum: >1500 ng/dl HIGH (348-1197)...this is a good thing, AMA Test Cyp!
LH: 0.2 mIU/ml LOW (1.7-8.6)...yes shutdown
FSH Serum: 0.2 mIU/ml LOW (1.5-12.4)
Estradiol: 92.1 pg/mL HIGH!!! (7.6-42.6)...this really concerns me!
Creatinine Serum: 1.54 mg/dl HIGH (0.76-1.27)
eGFR If NonAfricn Am: 55 ml/min/1.73 LOW (>59)

Everything else tested within normal range. Can anybody give a little guidance here...I am thinking of switching the Aromasin for Letro? The high estrogen obviously needs to come down, but also the high liver count numbers, and just for the record I do not drink alcohol! I have been taking liver support supplements, and as of yesterday added an additional dose a day. I was thinking that N2 Guard was going to be sufficient enough, but looks like I will add more liver support (Forged Liver). Also, I started the HCG a little too late due to screwing up 5000iu of HCG by mixing it into Sterile Water...not Bac Water. So by the time I was able to get Bac Water delivered to me it had already been 9 weeks, was going to start it week 5-6. I have been on HCGenerate the entire cycle, and plan on continuing with it for 4 more week while adding 500iu of HCG EW (250iu split doses).

I am really looking forward to some insight here and what I should do to correct the two issues (liver and estrogen).

Hey buddy I just read most of this log .. Very detailed and I can relate to you with the work getting in the way of training. Thank you for the kind words in my thread also, happy to join ya I the elite men;) keep killing it. Family comes first and sadly work does to since it pays for the family. Doesn't mean you can't destroy the weights when you get the chance which you have been:):)!!
 
Hey buddy I just read most of this log .. Very detailed and I can relate to you with the work getting in the way of training. Thank you for the kind words in my thread also, happy to join ya I the elite men;) keep killing it. Family comes first and sadly work does to since it pays for the family. Doesn't mean you can't destroy the weights when you get the chance which you have been:):)!!

Whats up buddy, yeah life, family, and work was taking priority there for a bit, but things are better now and haven't been missing any workouts in a while. I actually am off on vacation for the next 10 days, so time to really focus on growth!!! Will be heading down to my mom & dad's for Thanksgiving and a little trip to Yosemite (weather permitting) but already have a gym to hit up early in the morning and not miss a day!!! Keep killing it bro...make the most of your cycle, and enjoy!!!

I know, they all look the same, but what I was trying to do was show the veins in my chest, front delts, traps...aside from some extra weight probably put on (extra carbs lol) I like the progress so far, get some things from my bloodtest corrected and still good to go!!!

Thanks guys...I will update the past few days later, but currently am 244 lbs. I am feeling great and the best part is next Monday I get to start Anavar on this cycle, so it has just begun bros!!! I have made some changes in regards to cruising after this instead of PCT due to not enough time inbetween both cycles (next one starts April 1st) so keep following as I will just keep growing and making gains!!!

Mood/Feeling:

Feeling good, but I got my blood work back yesterday and am a bit concerned with some of the levels. I had posted on several forums my results and basically asked what I am doing wrong...but it seems like the consensus was that Aromasin may be too mild of an AI for me to be using, or need to be taking 50mg ED due to its short half life, so weened off of that and onto Letro for now until I can get my E2 levels down (will redo bloods in 4 weeks to see if there is any change) and we will see how that will go. Also was concerned about my liver values and kidneys (creatinine levels being elevated), but the consensus on that too was that they are not that bad for being on cycle, and the high creatinine levels are most likely due to Creatine Nitrate supplementation and the fact that I have been eating quite a bit of grass fed red meat, so will lower my creatine nitrate, eat less red meat, drink more water, and see where that takes me. I will be starting 6 weeks of Anavar the Monday after Thanksgiving, so want to take some precautions until then. I also added an additional serving on Forged Liver for the next few weeks on top of N2 Guard to see if that helps.



If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!

This was my birthday workout...I implemented some techniques for shoulders I watched Charles Glass demonstrate in a video with different hand positioning with side laterals, pre-exhausting shoulders with isolation exercises prior to hitting presses, which worked great!!! They were tore up from the floor up after this!!!

Going to hit legs tomorrow, chest and triceps on Wednesday, Thanksgiving on Thursday...OFF training, and then hit shoulders on Friday.

So far so good lol, hit legs pretty hard this morning, but kept it simple. Legs take a while due to loading and unloading the weight from the machines, kind of a pain in the ass you know...need to hire a weight caddy for the gym on leg days! Anyway, I was feeling kind of tired this morning walking into the gym, didn't know how my performance was going to be, but I pushed hard. I am typing this a little early due to the wife and I have the house all to ourselves at the moment, so we took advantage of the situation and just went on an hour or so fuck fest and she is passed out at the moment :D...so just taking care of this now as I will be doing things to get ready to leave tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Well I better go and eat, finish making a few more batched of homemade protein bars, and pick up my little one from school.

The pictures attached were just taken by my training partner so he could document visually how much we were pushing on the press...next I will have to have him climb on for extra weight!

Well I am finally back everyone...it has only been 25 days since my last update, can you say procrastination! No really, I had celebrated Thanksgiving with my dad & step-mom and my family down south from me, went to Yosemite for a day picnic with my girls, and was trying to do some family healing with my oldest daughter who I love more than anything in this world...but have to let her go and let God take care of her now as she is an adult and is going to live her life her way, even if I don't agree...anyway it has been a struggle within for me for the past 3 weeks and that is why I have been absent here. As many of you who know me, my family comes first and if things aren't right in the family...things aren't right for me.

Then a tragedy like the shooting in the elementary school happens the other day and it really makes you feel blessed that you have your family at home with you and you want to spend every waking moment with them, because life really is too short. I can't fathom how those parents feel losing their children for no reason at all...just taken from them! I have been praying for them and the friends and families affected by the event, and really trying to spend as much time with my girls and working on things with my oldest daughter...who won't have any part of me at the moment and it hurts.

Anyway, enough doom and gloom...want to get an update here for my log, revive it and keep it moving forward. I will let all of you know that I have NOT slacked off on training or the cycle, or my goals for that matter. Everything has been going really well, just haven't logged any of it. I am not going to try and type up 25 days of what I did, sorry, but will from here on out again. SO here is where I am with my cycle...

Week 15:

245 lbs (+24 lbs since starting) and still fairly lean, just carrying a little bit in my midsection, chest, and lower back.
Besides a little anxiety and feeling down with the family issues been dealing with, I still feel that Alpha Male aggression and sense of wellbeing! This is what I am currently doing on cycle:

All other support supplements have not changed, except for I have been supplementing with some mood enhancing supplements like 5-HTP, GABA, SAMe, and N2 Sleep at night to help with my minor insomnia from stress and the Tren. I will tell you stress will kill you, so will worry and fear...everything a dad goes through for his daughter to make sure she is ok and safe, but then has no real control anymore, it will make you feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster that won't stop! So started these supplements a couple weeks ago (NTBM and Mr. Supps Premium Powders) and they really have been helping, been sleeping at night much better...that and the wife has been very actively in the mood which helps ;).

My nutrition has been ok, I really do eat clean 90% of the time, but during the past few weeks there were times where I just did not have an appetite, so either just a shake or something light to eat just to get the calories in. My water intake hasn't been the best either since the weather is colder and I don't have the thirst that I normally would, but am drinking as much as I can during the day.

It is funny, you can set up a cycle and try and have everything in order so you can focus on what you waht to accomplish...but when you are a father, husband, son, and employee...shit just comes up and gets in the way of your path. So hurdles are inevitable in life, just have to get through them and keep moving forward. Today was a day off the gym, and will be training legs tomorrow.

I am still on IF, although I have hooked up with another bro, Ledhead, who has been helping me a bit and will be working with eachother as we both have competitions in July 2013. He is going for his Pro Card, and I am just getting back on stage after 5 years like you all know except that I am going to tkae 1st place and will qualify for Nationals!!! That is my goal, to come into the competiton 240 lbs @ 4-5%, and Led has some tweaks he sees I should make to reach that goal. I will do whatever it takes to reach my goal, and I know there are many of you who will keep me motivated and honest, and I won't let any of you down.

Alright, so lets talk about my plans after the holiday's with this cycle and contest preparation. I am currently on week 15 of an 18 week cycle, but with the timing before the competition (7 months) and my pre-contest cycle is going to run 14 weeks, I will not have time to properly PCT and take the necessary amount of time inbetween cycles. So the plan is now to cruise inbetween cycles at 250mg Test E weekly (approx 10 weeks) up until April 1st when the pre-contest cycle starts. I will then do an intense PCT after the competition and take things from there. I am and will be switching from HCGenerate to HCG and will continue to do so.

So this is my plan for the cruise after this cycle, use it as a kickstart to leaning out but not going to worry too much, but would rather take some of the stress of dropping bodyfat sooner than later, so will be running SARMs (Uniquemicals) along with the test, something like this...

Test E 250mg EW (125mg 2x M-Th)
MK-2866 (Osta) 25mg ED...morning dose PWO
S-4 50mg ED (25mg morn & 6-8 hours later)...will drop to 5on/2off schedule if vision sides get too bad
GW501516 10mg ED (5mg every 12 hours)
HCG 500iu EW (250iu 2x Su-W)...switch every 4 weeks from HCGenerate to HCG

So this is what I am thinking, increase cardio and focus on workouts that are more for conditioning (tractor tire flips, sledgehammers, sandbags, sprints, etc.) and incorporate more explosive lifts into the workouts. This is going to be fun, getting to look forward to the next step towards victory!!! My pre-contest cycle is still in the works, I am having a sponsor of mine design it as he knows best. When I know the final cycle layout I will be sure to post it, it will include Test P/TrenE/Primo D/Mast?Winny?Var? Lets see how I look after this cruise/bridge...we all know it is the diet I will have to get dialed in and I have the master guru in my corner...Dylan "The Gem" Gemelli...who will be setting me up as we all know how shredded he is, which is the key to the whole equation...nutrition!!!

I love this!!! I am finally getting my drive back, feeling the fire again, and tomorrow morning is legs, time to go pin some Tren and HCG and hit the pillow!!!

We didn't feel like driving 30-40 minutes to Powerhouse Gym today, so we just went to our local Snap Fitness and made the best of our workout. I will be hitting legs 2x EW so the next workout for legs will be at Powerhouse where I have squat racks, Hack Squat, real leg presses, etc.

Mood/Feeling:

Today I felt great as usual...had a great workout with my wife who likes to push me to the point of exhaustion (I think she feels if she does this to me then I will be to tired for sex later...nice try!!!) and just likes to see me in pain and discomfort. No pinning today :(...but had my Tren cocktail last night before bed :).

So I have been going through some stress and heartache the past few weeks like I stated above and have been having a hard time sleeping as my brain just won't shut up!!! My therapist (oh you bet I have one lol) wanted me to go to my doctor and see if I could be put on a low dose of an anti-depressant...FUCK NO!!! I hate Big Pharma, and will not take prescription drugs to alter my mood...so instead went the holistic approach and started supplementing with GABA, SAMe, 5-HTP, and N2 Sleep at night before bed to help with sleep and relaxation. It really seems to be helping as I have not woke up during the night at all since I started this nightime cocktail...and much needed!!! So I will keep on going with this combination as it is helping me...even with the Tren.

Feeling good, will be feeling really good by the end of the week though...I will be on vacation from work!!! Well except on Christmas Eve & day I have to carry the pager for work, but extra cash after Christmas is much needed. I will be hanging out with my wife and little girl for the holiday's, and go back on January 2, 2013. Crazy it is already 2013, time is flying by...so time to make all of this count!!! I am aiming high, I am aiming for Nationals now...that is my first goal, to be the best I can in 7 months for the competition, and that is what I am looking at!!! My wife is pushing me...she sees and knows how important this is to me, so when she is spotting me telling me it is light weight on those last reps, giving me just the right amount of spot (she is only 5'5 120lbs, but is strong)...that motivates me there, having that support from your soulmate is huge...and when we train and I am in the zone...she is right there with me. Then I have my other partner Dom who I am showing the ropes, gives a nice balance as I love helping others as well...but again this is about me and I have to get a little selfish here...this is my time!!!

Hey my good friend...missed ya! Thanks for checking in on me, always an honor! How are things with you? Been kind of quiet around the forums...hope all is good? I will try the St. John's Wart, I always overlook that one...will pick some up this week. Yeah, my therapist suggested a low dose of an anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medication for my current family situation but I don't want to rely on a pill to make me feel better, would rather go the holistic/wellness approach, and prayer...although I am by no means religious, but spiritual yes, and that is all I can do for this current dilemma...and of course the holiday's just add that extra stab in the back!!! Enough gloom and doom, speaking of the end of the world today is pretty boring so far and have yet to see a Mayan.

Both of these days I was feeling down, basically thinking about my daughter, how she is doing, what she is doing which I don't want to know...but still wonder, and that this will be a 2nd Christmas that she will not be with the family. Her cell phone number was disconnected, no way to get a hold of her and she has not contacted any of the family. I can't let any of this spoil the Christmas for my little girl who is so excited, and she really has been a good girl who is also affected by all of this. On Wednesday I went and seen my therapist for what will be the last time as she is retiring...just my luck! After 5 years of her listening to my problems and issues, and all of my deepest darkest secrets...now I will no longer have her to bounce shit off of...sucks!!! I will have to find and see if a new one will be a good fit for me...I am a very unique individual...with a unique outlook on life right now, this will take a while lol!!! Anyway, I find that when I don't train, days like this are worse, wasn't able to take any agression out on the iron, but don't want to overtrain...so just got through the days, as an extreme introvert for the most part except to my family...actually wife put a smile on my face one night :qt:...much needed!!!!

I feel you when you say you feel worse on non training days. Just try to keep yourself busy bro with the family or friends. Im a real introvert as well and quite honestly playing my xbox helps me keep my mind from wandering to dark places on non training days. Its another kind of outlet. Thanks bro...I actually got that workout...although I modified slightly...from Led, and it was brutal but effective. Hope you tried it and enjoyed it. Thanks for the kind words, family is the one function in life that needs to be firing on all cylinders, otherwise there is a misfire and they drive me crazy...probably my need to control behavior, working on it. Blood, sweat, & iron...that is what we do.

Hey bro thanks, sucks having to start over with someone new but it is what it is. It is good to have someone totally neutral to the situation to vent and discuss...and they call you on your shit. The iron, focus, desire, support of my wife and little angel, and you all here following me, giving words of encouragement, keeping me focused, and knowing that you all are here for support I don't want to give nothing less than 100%. You too bro...you have us, I'm a PM away, anytime you need to vent...sometimes it is good to just vent or journal it and get it out, that is what I started doing and it is kind of cool to write it and reread it, helps the process.

4 Days!!!

I am fully prepared, have everything ready to go!!! Obviously I could not fit everything into this beautiful picture, as I have approximately 60 lbs of protein and other staples I will be using along the way, but this gives you an idea (take notes!!!) of how to prepare for a cycle and have everything on hand prior to any pin going in!!!!

Never start a cycle without being prepared, getting bloodwork done, planning everything out, and research...research...research!!!! Do your homework, listen to knowledgeable bros like all my brothers here for constructive critisism, and be mentally and physically ready to fucking kill it when the day comes!!!!

Happy New Year to all of you…and yeah it has been since Christmas that I have been in my own log, well let’s just say life takes precedence! I took a nice couple of weeks off from work to spend with the family and my little girl while she was on Christmas break. I was called into work for the storms we had here on the west coast on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, all part of my job, but like I said I was then on vacation and life was beautiful!

Ok as far as my cycle and training goes, everything has been going well. I have finished basically the cycle that I ran and am now transitioning into a cruise per say until my pre-contest cycle. I have hooked up with a really great bro who is extremely knowledgeable in AAS, competition preparation, and what level I need to be at in order to get to where I want to be…and I know many of you are following his thread as well as I…Ledhead Unleashed…and if you haven’t been following you are seriously missing out! Led knows his shit, and is going for his Pro Card this summer and has been nice enough to work with me for my competition. So between Led and many other brothers from here and a couple of other forums helping me for the upcoming show and I know I will be giving the other competitors hell!!! So just to recap what I have just finished…

1-18 Test Cyp @ 500mg EW
1-18 EQ @ 600mg EW
1-18 Proviron @ 75-100mg…last 2 weeks was at 100mg

Again I really apologize to all who have been following and my falling off the log wagon, one of mine and the Mrs. New Years resolutions is to stop our procrastination…which yes I have been procrastinating updating this log due to my schedule and all the excuses I could find to not sit down in front of the computer (like I don’t already as most of you already know I am a rep for NTBM and Mr.Supps, as well as a couple of other companies too, and am working on the forums daily, and now having my wife on here and MR…shit is going to get real folks!!! What's up my buddy RR...I have my Prami, never been able to get my hands on real Caber, wish I could but I tolerate Prami and actually it gives me quite the libido boost...the wife the other day mentioned something about other muscles growing too lol...I guess it is a good thing huh? Taking it step by step, and Led is who recommended Deca, and I questioned it too, but there is a method for his madness ;)...it is all part of the process. Whew, glad some of my bros are coming back in here...promise I won't let 2-3 weeks go by again, no more procrastination in any part of my life anymore...just do it, get it done, and no hesitation! Keep following and you will see the madness really take center stage in a while...as I have said, 5 years clean...time to go for it!!!

I am feeling great!!! It is my little girls birthday this weekend, she will be 7 years old, she is my little buddy!!! Worked today, went home and chilled knowing I have legs tomorrow and I want to kill them bad!!! I trained hamstrings with back on Thursday with the wife, so Saturday leg day is emphasis on quads and developing my quad sweep more. My wife and my training partner Dom will be there tomorrow...it will be fun!!!

Leg day today couldn't have been better!!! Hit them hard and heavy, left it all out on the gym floor!!! I was so proud of my wife as well...she free squated 135 lbs, Hack Squat 225 lbs, and leg press 315 lbs. She is getting her strength back quick, and she will be starting some supplements on Monday to start her transformation!!! Her and I are a team, and we will do this together!!!

It is my little girls birthday today, it is a fantastic day!!! Today was an off day from training, watched some playoff games, wasn't all that hungry, but I got some whole food in me, going to make a shake here in a minute. I had asked Sierra earlier in the week what she wanted to do on her birthday, because we are having her party with all the kids next weekend, and she said for the family to walk on the beach and watch the sunset...this 7 year old little girl, made me feel so good. Anyways just gettin at the fact that I have the up most respect for ppl like you and Led bc I know what you guys are going thru or will go thru. I mean I think what I do is extreme but after seeing what he does am like shit I dont think I could do that. Cant even talk to him the day before show nothing he says makes sense mofo is gone on one! Just scard ah little bc my path is turning that way Im weighing stuff out pre cooking meals training like a mofo but my results are not going far enough like I want. Im never happy of course ive been natty for a year maybe thats just the extra squeeze I need.

Awesome!!! Started Phase 2 of my journey today, as you can see above I have made some changes to the supplement department. I am running SARMs along side low doses of Test E and Deca...this should be fun! So without further ado, here are some progress pictures people have been asking for although I don't like them...I hate having my picture taken because I get to see all the flaws I have...and there are many!!! I have a lot more work to do ahead of me here...but I will do it and I will win!!!!

Currently 245 lbs (+24 lbs)...when I started I was 221 lbs...so happy with the weight gain, now just need to start some fine tuning...but here is my current condition...

Today was a good day, first day back at work this week and I just had this attitiude that nobody is going to worsen my day!!! Basically just worked all day, went grocery shopping after work, go home and make dinner, spend time with my girls, and head off to bed. The workout with the wife was good, she really gets me going...plus I get to look at her beautiful ass throughout the workout

...so had settle for my other training partner lol. So hit Powerhouse Gym this morning, hit chest and calves really good, and went to work. I did incorporate another SARM into my supplement regimen, S-4, so now running basically a triple SARMs stack with a Test E/Deca chaser!!! My strength is still on par, and the vascularity I had this morning was awesome!!! I wish I could take photos at those times, I was standing on front of the mirror holding the dumbells right after a set and shit was just popping!!! I told my partner "damn, where is the camera now", but I will save those for the final photo shoot of the challenge

Today was another good day, mood was good, energy was good, worked and came home to a nice package from my AMA...always fun getting presents in the mail. Just some EQ to replace what I used, Deca for my current cruise/bridge, and Proviron tabs. I personally like the capsules, they looked like just another vitamin or supplement...now they look like mini Altoids. Anyway, just my preference. This is going to be a big weekend...tomorrow morning we have legs @ 8 am, then tomorrow evening the wife and I are going on a date night out...she got these new stilletto shoes and oh yeah, need to take her out so she can wear them and look hot! Today was another great day, mood was awesome, energy was spot on! Hit legs good today, high reps with decent weight. The wife killed it again too...she squated 155 lbs for 12, Seated Squat 225, Leg Pressed 330 lbs for 20 reps, then the rest of what I did...and then she wanted to do abs!!! We had breakfast at my buddies restaurant across the street from my gym, then came home and took down all Christmas decor outside, and tripped around the house doing things. The wife and I had a date night tonight and went out to dinner to the Cheesecake Factory, then went and seen our friends band play and danced!!! Yes, this big guy can bust a move lol!!! Good cardio, and all the women kept dragging me up on the floor. My wife was wearing this short form fitted hot pink & black dress, same color high heels, and she was the life of the concert...band called her up to sing back-up vocals on a couple of songs, she is the ultimate let me tell you!!! We had a great time and yes I was a bad boy tonight..."Forgive me father for I have sinned"...I had 2 nice stout beers, and after dinner I had a Mango Key Lime Cheesecake!!! It was so good, not as good as my wifes Key Lime Pie, but it was good! Beers made me feel like shit...sometimes just have to remind myself that alcohol and me do not like eachother, and that is the truth!

Today was a good day, back to work. The wife and I trained this morning, did a nice arm workout doing all supersets, minimal rest inbetween sets (which is why some of the weights are lower, those are exercises I want form over weight). Like I have said before, I will let her pick the first set of exercises and she sets the pace, and does abs inbetween lol. Her strength is going up nicely. We saw this one gal at our gym doing 165 lb deadlifts from the floor...my wife was fixed on her every rep, you could see the spark in her eye...she is going to do this!!! Anyway back to me...nothing more to report lol!!!

Today was a decent day...got to the gym ready to train shoulders/traps only to find out my training partner Dom trained shoulders yesterday, and went off our schedule. I went ahead and trained back and hamstrings, and had a good workout. Around 9 am I was doing an inspection on a newly constructed storm drain pipe, and felt light headed and dizzy, almost felt like I was going to fall into the trench. I drove back to my Corporation Yard and grabbed one of my protein bars and ate it real quick while I heated up the rest of my food...it was low blood sugar or something, but felt much better after food! I ate well today, but feel lethargic...need a day off the gym tomorrow and some sleep now lol!!!

Mood/Feeling:

Today was a great day, had a great workout in the morning with my girl, went to work and the day went by fast due to being busy, and am working on-call tonight and this weekend for some nice overtime. Wanted to touch base with some changes in the supplements above...the SARMs S-4 started to give me the vision sides again, so I am dropping dosing to 5 on/2 off. This happened to me last time and had to do the same thing. I also dropped the GW-501516 for now due to wanting the wife to utilize it for herself, and I will look into using it closer to my competition. She is doing great, and am just trying to get her going as she gets me going...the best training partner a guy could have!

Today was not a great day, but had another great workout in the morning with my girl, we hit legs hard and the workout concentrated on squats. Skipped leg press this week

...love pushing that weight!!! We are trying to trade in our 2006 Ford F150 for a new 2013 Ford Fusion (these cars are really nice!)...but as we all know the dealerships can really piss you off!!! I actually had the owner of our local Ford dealership make a comment right in front of me as I was walking out of the dealership to think about it and feed my girls who were starving...and so was I! The owner made a comment "its all about making money and selling cars"...guess the customer doesn't mean shit!!! Anyway, just solidifies that the country we live in is driven by greed, power, and money (I know...I know...) and people don't matter anymore. Guess I am old school, 42, but damn society is not what we want to raise our kids in, just makes me cringe.
