Steroids Are Pointless! Is this somewhat Accurate?

Exactly...I don't understand what some of the people on here are saying...

EXACTLY!!!

After all, look at life, you are born, work you ass off, fall to pieces and die, why bother?

Its not the end result people its the journey that matters. Live life to the fullest, if it involves AAS so be it.

I couldn't agree more...
I also agree with your first post, as well ;)

YUM

btw.. i was gifted with legs.. i don't have to work them at all.. got the teardrop and all.. good striations.. good cuts in the calves.. which are big.. and i never.. NEVER.. work them..

Man I hate you ... :mix:

I'm an ectomorph. Gained 60 lbs on several cycles. Still have 50 of it after going natural 7 years ago.

I've even taken long months off. But my set-point has clearly been re-set with the help of AS, food and muscular stress.

Sure, it's not "really" permanent. I still gotta maintain it. But what is permanent? Eating is not permanent (unless you quit entirely, then your condition would be permanent :) )

I'm with most of the guys here. AS is not a gain it, lose it deal. It's more complex than that.

Besides, it's easy to oversimplify. Even the "natural" thing is a little iffy. I mean is it really "natural" to supplement with whey protein? Is creatine "natural?" What about multi-vitamins? HMB? Flax Oil? Tribulus? These are all external items added to our diets. If they required an Rx, would they be "unnatural?"

I like AS as part of a balanced approach to developing the body you want. Abuse is a waste of money and health. But moderation can be good.

Good points Frackal, you said " its up to you whether you keep it or not", is this with continious gear use though? I doubt proper diet and training can guarantee permanent results. Talk to me.

just wanted to point out that just cuz someone doesn't squat or work legs it doesn't mean that they don't know what they're doing.. (and to kinda make ya jealous :D)

FUCK YOU!!! I HATE YOU!!!!!!! Give me your legs NOW!

I think steriods are worth it. In my case, I'm just finishing up my first cycle after training naturally for 8 years. I put on over 50 lbs naturally in that time period. So far, I've gained almost 20lbs in 8 weeks, and I expect to maintain at least 12 of that. Big difference. It would have taken me another 5 years to do that naturally (if ever). So I think I made the right choice.

I agree with the whole wanting to keep it and knowing what the hell you are doing philosophy. I am only twenty and dont have boatloads of experience under my belt but I have shared my AS experiences with friends and one thing i notice is they get caught up in the being big for a moment half ass around and dwendle away. So I believe as long as you keep in mind you still have to bust your ass and no one else is going to bust it for you then your golden.:fro:

If you never, never worked legs then you wouldn't know what you were doing when training them would you

oh no.. took it the wrong way.. i meant just cuz they don't train legs.. doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing when training everything else..

i've trained them once or twice.. just not in the past 2 months or so.. i go in stages.. when i feel they're lagging with the rest of me.. i hit them for a month and they're up to par.. then i can lay off for another two months..
