:) don't know what else to say... no way i can prove how much I weigh over the computer. I am fairly tall, maybe that is it? I have a big ass if that makes any difference? dunno..... if i could prove it I would. :)

HAHAHA Your right about one thing its doesn't matter either way. Because we are on computers... And no one can really show their weight.. If you say you weigh that much Then you weigh that much.

I weigh over 1,000 lbs...

Amazingly enough, I once had myself billed as that in what had to be one of the most hilarious matches I have had in my career. Actually, it was two weeks in a row. God, I am still dying over those matches from October...

hey i believe you weigh that much. i have learned over the years that you actually grow into your weight. when i got up to 200 i didnt look it. but about 6 months later i was 200 again but i did look it that time. i do have to give you a lot of credit, because u have made a big transformtion from the old pics i saw of you....congrats.
 
back.. i do deadlifts mainly. dumbbell rows, pullups, and then some cable work like pulldowns behind the neck... i don't do alot of trap work. yesterday i worked my traps with my shoulders and I did 3 sets of dumbell shrugs and I did 2 sets of shrugs with a bar... didn't go over 315 just squeezed really hard at the top.
