here is your answer...if you do not like to run, like me you need to make sure that you at least are buring off the calories that you need to lose weight.
I walk 30-60 mins a session and go hard enough to break a sweat. I use a treadmill and change the resistance. I will do 15 grade at 4.2 mph walk then do a 12 grade at a 3.6mph walk, then do a 8 grade with a 4.1 walk....get my point, just keep working hard...if you burn 300 cals in a 20min running session you should walk long enough to burn at least the same...
