Ok I have read your cutting diet and I am really serious about trying to take off some of this unwanted fat, I just need some help customizing it to me. I wasn't sure If I could use yours exactly since I am sure our body and workouts are not exactly the same. Please Please Please help me get this right. I just had surgery so right now I don't know why but I am holding some extra weight I don't know if it is fluid or fat, I just know that I want it gone.

Let me know if you can help me and what information you will need.

Thanks

Warlobo, I had breast augmentation. I was down for 3 days, then I was up and moving around more. I had the surgery on Monday Oct 14th and on Saturday Oct 19th I was OK'd to do brisk walking which I did 30min on Sat morning and 30min on Sunday morning. Rest on Monday did not want to overdo it.

I went with under the muscle so I know the healing process for the breast are gonna take longer but my doc said that it is ok to start to my routine again except for running and chest workout.
I am not taking any other prescriptions except the muscle relaxers for spasms.

I have a bottle of Yohimburn and I have R-ALA to start using. I cannot use any thermo's for 2-weeks post operation.

Thank You

Strap the "girls" down and resume the workouts. Try not to "bounce" too much- it hurts!
It might take a while to get your chest lifts back on track. Be patient. :)

Well Spatts even I can't believe it but for once I think I understand. :D I also work out in the evening around 5ish with 45min of weights and then a 30min med impact cardio. Right now due to the sugrery I can not do high impact (sprints  ) and Doc says not to pick up the wheels:( , but just for a couple more weeks..

My first question is how do I figure my AMR? I weight around 130, well 134 now with the new twins:D. I usuall only take one day off a week.

My second question is what kind of carb spit are you doing? 2 high 3 low.....? I also get the most of my carbs in the morning with my 1/2 cup of oatmeal. The rest of the day is usually fiborus carbs. Ocasionally I will have whole grain bread but usually it is sprouted grains (flourless) with my natty peanutbutter. I am a habbit person. I will eat the same thing everyday. I don't usually need much change in my diet.

Third question what do you mean by ratios? Would you be talking about Cal/Fat/Carb? If so (I am new to this ration thing) exactly how do you figure that? And do you go by the label or do you use a nutritin bible?

Sorry so many question at one time I just want to make sure I get this all right It is time to do some die hard dieting:D

And Spatt thanks abunch you are always sooooo helpful

Over or Under the Muscle?

I Went under the muscle, and a funny thing too the Doc told me I was fortunate that I have a large Pec Muscle. Usually the Pec Muscle only covers half of the implant, but he said my Pec's covered the entire implant which he said would be a good thing.

What is your goal? Growth? Fat loss? I personally would need more recovery than that. Especially considering the muscles grow WHILE they're recovering (not in the gym). You weight doesn't really help me much. Do you know your lean body mass? Body fat % ?

My goal right now would be fat loss. I have been at this right a 10 months now and have had a high protien intake trying to build muscle, lifting heavy and not focusing on cardio as much as I was focusing on weights. I feel that I have built some (not much but a little) good quality muscle, but now I need to get rid of the fat to see exactly where I am at. I don't compete so I don't have to worry about carbloading, and all that stuff. I don't know my lean body mass but I would say that my Body Fat % would be right around 19%. I would like to get it down to 13 or 14 % or lower if possible.

Hope this clears things up a bit. And thank you for the ratio answer I always wondered how to get the percents. .

Your help is greatly apreciated all over this board.:D

Here goes one more question. For the next couple of weeks I have to take chest workouts out of my routine. I usually work chest with bi's . Working bi's all alone seems like it would not be enough how would you fix your routine if you had to do away with chest for two more weeks?
