Is there anything i can do to target this particular area? I am pleased with my progress don';t get me wrong, but the bottom of my abs... which is the part that hangs over the belt is killing me... any particular exercises or "supplements" that i can take... been using adipokinetix and yohimburn and having good results so far but that lower part is just killing me... am i being just over anxious? will it go away if i continue to keep up my cardio and diet? maybe i just want results faster because I have had quick transformations thus far. but if there is something i am missing then please let me know... or tell me if i just have ot be patient a while longer.

Unfortunately he is right:(

cardio at least 5 x 30-40 mins a week. Also continue your weight training(more muscles you have faster your metabolism)
Drop your daily calorie intake around 25-30% of the recommended values for your weight. You may also wanna take ECA stack.
You gotta be patient and shoudn`t give up. Basically for each 4000kcal deficiency you generated in your metabolism, you`ll be awarded with 1lb fat loss.
Here is the quick calculation,
Say suggested daily intake for your weight and daily activity level(you can find it anywhere online) 3000kcal daily. If you drop it by %30 , you`ll generate 900kcal deficiency.
By doin` cardio you may burn around 300-400kcal and also you`ll speed up your metabolism which will provide extra expenditure of calories afterwards
(roughly around the same amount as you burn during the cardio). If we calculate 2*350 = 700kcal
So if we sum up these two number 900+700=1600kcal/daily.
Say you aim to lose 15lbs of body fat.
4000*15 = 60.000kcal.
Then you gotta stay on this diet for around 60.000/1600 = 38 days.

This is the basic concept that I use for my cutting cycles and it works like a charm for me.
Hope it helps.

Yeah Chuck alot say so.
But 4000 kcals always works better for my calculations.
While I was living in Europe we were using 9000kcals=1kg
1lbs=0.45kg and by this formula 4050kcals=1lbs

And this way your on the safe side.
