which one do you guys prefer to make your shakes, the one with the highest nutritional value and less fat , I'm looking to lose body fat and cut a little bit.
 
I agree with @stevesmi - none of them is a good choice, and they are all pretty much the same. Some of them will have specific downsides, but in general lines they are no good.
 
Water - it has zero calories.

Soy milk, almond milk, hemp milk...whatever milk you want to use...they all add unnecessary calories
