I'm curious as to what all the lifters out there like to eat. Now we all know about things like chicken and shakes, but what other "Odd" goodies do you guys eat when your body fiends for protein?
Are olives good sources? I thought they might be so I scooped out about a cups worth from the dorm cafeteria. People looked at me funny ( I also had about a cups worth of sliced hard boiled eggs for salads). I figure I'm paying for an all you can eat so I'm going to load up on the best stuff and to hell with putting it on a salad.
