The day before yesterday, I worked my shoulders and due to that, my Triceps are still experiencing some soreness, but not as much as yesterday.
Today I'm supposed to work my chest and my Tri's...I was wondering if its better for me to wait till tommorow to work my chest/tri's or just work them today...
I'm supposed to go to the gym in about 5 hours or so...
